In an effort to increase their market the IOC released some of their old research as a discount product. They provide a customized at home nanobot treatment that you can order online. It is very convenient because you don't have to go to a location, but the results are not currently reversible. Once a nano treatment is programmed and consumed, it can never be undone - only added to. Not even their more premium treatments can override a nano treatment.
As this is a discount product, the customer service is... underwhelming.
