Stragey made a break for it, but Samantha Duncan was quick to tackle the former Marketing executive, with the athletic prowess of her Jock Gun enhanced body. The security guard and the Marketing assistants moved to further restrain Stragey. The Marketing executive transformed into an Asian female nurse was now handcuffed to a chair.
Rachel McLewis turned to Stragey. "I was hoping you'd learned your lesson. It's behavior like that which got you into this mess in the first place."
"If you don't let me go and use those Restore things on me, I'll sue this whole company for emotional distress!" Stragey shouted.
"You started this!" shouted Elinor Stallsworth, the head of accounting transformed into a male baseball player by the Random Gun. "We should be suing YOU!"
"You broke into our meeting with that horrible ray gun!" Roman Coakley (the Lake Point bank president transformed into a female ninja) exclaimed.
Rachel got caught up in the heat of the moment and joined in the shouting even though she knew she should be trying to calm things down. "You kidnapped me!"
"You changed us with that gun!" Nicholson Quarterson (the Chief Financial Officer currently in the form of a young woman dressed as a 1920s flapper) shouted.
"I changed you only once!" Stragey shouted back. "It was Dankworth who kept doing it!"
"Only because you let him!" shouted McMillan Tech Industries CEO Richard McMillan (currently in the form of a cheerleader).
"Changing them multiple times WAS your plan! You told me so yourself!" Rachel shouted.
There was then a bunch of shouting over each other and swearing, and Samantha, Dr. Elaine, Larry, Carrie, and Arnie attempted to defuse the situation along with the security guards. Attempts to talk people into calming down, however, were drowned out by shouting. Nicholson Quarterson and Roman Coakley briefly stopped shouting to grab their heads. McMillan groaned and briefly shouted 'BOO!' in the manner of a cheerleader taunting the opposing team. Stallsworth was heard shouting "Strike three, Stragey! You're out!" amongst the noise.
It was at that moment that Research and Development Head Doug Sallow arrived, followed by Ryan Leeson, Randall Jeffries, Teresa Talton, Milt Smukmeyer, two people carrying standard medical checkup equipment, and a third woman who didn't carry any medical equipment but was professionally dressed. "The doctors are here." Sallow attempted to say, but was drowned out in the shouting.
"We're here!" Ryan shouted. "We've got the doctors!"
"Hey!" Jeffries shouted. "Over here!"
"Screw it." Teresa Talton said, pulling out a referee's whistle she had been given by her friend and neighbor, Coach Felicia Barry from Lake Point High School. She blew the whistle several times.
This was enough to cause everyone to stop shouting and turn toward the new arrivals.
"All right, enough's enough!" Samantha finally said. "The doctors are here, so let's just put aside all these arguments and let them help you."
There was some grudging acknowledgements from McMillan, Stragey, and the other transformed Board members.
Sallow stepped forward. "Allow me to introduce Dr. Bryant and Dr. Andrews from the emergency department of Lake Point General. Dr. Anissa Fairlane from their Department of Psychiatry."
Anissa Fairlane, the professionally dressed woman without medical equipment, spoke up. "Mr. Sallow and Mr. Jeffries have briefed me on the situation. I have to admit this is a situation unlike any I've encountered or my colleagues have encountered. We'll approach this as we would most traumatic situations, but any advice or help you can give us will be welcome."
