Sarah felt a strange pressure in her clittoris, then a sharp pain as it began to grow slowly, a head formed as it errupted from it's hood, Sarah's hands dropped trying to grab at it or push it back in, or just in reaction to the pain of the change. As Sarah was changing Jon recovered and managed to spot the stone, he rolled off the bed and grabbed it.

After she recovered Sarah looked at Jon and realised he had the stone back when she tried to move, she sat down quietly doing her best not break Jon from his thoughts fearing his retribution. After several minutes Jon spoke, "I wish I knew exactly what logic caused the changes to Sarah and I". And he knew. "I wish my body was as much like the one I had before Sarah came over as possible and that changing would be instant." Jon said, he couldn't undo Sarah's wish, but much of it's effects weren't strictly nesscary to fulfill the conditions of the wish, and he had no desire to experience the pain that came with his previous transformation.
The stone glowed and flashed, and at the moment of the flash both he and Sarah experienced a sensation of a discontinuity in time, the world was one way before it and another way after.
Jon looked down at his naked body, he still had his average size breasts, and a quick feel between his legs told him he was like Sarah down there.
