Back inside

John went back inside and sat down with Sara. After taking a deep breath, he said, "Look, I am not enjoying this. We are going home as soon as possible and we are going to get that medallion tomorrow morning as soon as the place you are talking about opens."
Sara nodded, "Ok dad. We will get it from mom's gym tomorrow. As you know, they open at 6am. In the mean time, let's finish the main course and we can pick up dessert on the way home."
"You went to Robin's place? How'd you lock it up?"
"You know those lockers where you get to take the key once you lock it? I got it right here," said Sara as she showed the key on her keychain, "I got to go into the men's locker. It was about what I expected How do you deal with those communal showers? It's nice being able to use a urinal though."
"Never really thought about it until this morning. It was just how it was, got used to it I guess. Changing topics, I had an interesting conversation when I went outside. Figured you should know, for your paper," offered John then recounting his encounter.
"So you feel he gave you the cigarette easily because you were a woman? I appreciate you sharing your prospective on this, " said Sara as her wine and her father's scotch arrived.
"At least you can get a good grade on this paper of yours out of this mess, " replied John throwing his drink back. He held up his empty glass and pointed to it when the waiter went by.
"You may need to take it easy with the liquor. We don't know that body's tolerance, " said Sara,
"I'm sure it's high enough to enough at least one more of those. I was worried the taste buds would change what I like to eat, but that went down smooth."
"Or maybe you did change taste buds to Cleo's, but she liked scotch. Male me seems to enjoy this wine the same. All these details, they're fascinating."
"Whatever you say. I'm just looking forward to being me in the mornin'" replied John as his second scotch arrived. Shortly afterwards John's steak and Sara's scallops were delivered. John tore into his meal the moment it was in front of him, but slowed down after about he ate about 1/2 of it.
"Guess something did change, the amount you can eat. At least you'll get 2 meals of out it, " observed Sara while slowly having her scallops.
"I'll get 1.5 meals out of it. There ain't enough for me to get a full dinner tomorrow when I'm male again. At least it was good, " replied John finishing his 3rd scotch, "I'll be back, gotta use the little boy's room."
"I think you mean the little girl's room, " said Sara as John stumbled off towards the bathrooms.
