"Nuh uh." Jessie said. "I"m not done testing this thing yet." She then turned a setting on the dial, and read the readout screen. "McMillan Tech Industries? Oh, this is something I've GOT to see!"

She raised the Cheerleader Gun, and Samantha jumped to stop her. The two struggled over the Cheerleader Gun, Samantha trying to pry it from Jessie's grasp, but Jessie was surprisingly strong. In the struggle, the Cheerleader Gun went off, and a blast from the Cheerleader Gun struck someone nearby.

That someone was Milt Smukmeyer. Instantly, Milt changed from a nerdy, out of shape man dressed in steampunk attire into an attractive young woman dressed in a cheerleader's outfit. The cheerleader's uniform had the initials MTI on the front of the top, and the colors matched that in the logo of McMillan Tech Industries.

"Hey hey my my! Let's all cheer for MTI! MTI is super strong. MTI is never wrong! Hey hey..." the young woman proclaimed, then stopped, as if trying to think of another line.

Samantha and Jessie were both so surprised by this that both of them lost their grip on the Cheerleader Gun, and it fell to the floor. However, in the process, it went off again, and it zapped office practical joker Neil Nallon. He, too, transformed into an attractive, athletic looking young woman with her long hair in a ponytail, dressed in a McMillan Tech Industries cheerleader uniform.

Teresa Talton dove onto the floor, grabbing the Cheerleader Gun just as the second MTI cheerleader started a chant.

"Hey hey! Hey hey! MTI is a-okay!"

Samantha Duncan, with the help of her Jock Gun enhanced strengh, subdued Jessie Clyborne. Doug Sallow was staring at the transformed Milt Smukmeyer.

"All right, that does it!" Samantha said, glaring at Jessie angrily. "Too many of you are acting like kids with new toys, not taking this at all seriously. Do you want me to duct tape you to a chair for the next few hours? Maybe while zapped with the Mime Gun so you can't tell people when you need to eat or go to the bathroom?"

Samantha was bluffing, of course, since she had handed over the only Mime Gun in the upper floors that she knew of to Larry Eastbrook, Carrie Brierton, and Arnie Amspoker, who were on the floor below them last she knew. But it appeared to do the trick, as Jessie shuddered noticeably.

"N-no." Jessie said, nervously, her earlier defiance now gone.

"Well, if you'll agree to let us take the Cheerleader Gun and all other Transformation Guns away from this department, and not cause any more trouble, maybe we'll just let you off with just locking you in your office for the next hour." Samantha replied. "If you're lucky, no one will press charges against you."

"Are you all right?" Doug Sallow was asking the transformed Milt Smukmeyer.

"Sure!" said the cheerleader, a smile on her face. "I'm fine! When I'm like this, call me Millie!"

Sallow began to reach for his Restoration Gun.

"No, not now." Millie said. "Let me stay like this for a while. I want to try it out. You know, take a break for a bit and see what this is like. I've never been a cheerleader before!"

"Are you sure about this?" Doug asked.

"I'm sure." Millie said. "Oh, and I'd like to stay here with the other cheerleaders for a bit. After all, someone's got to look after Jessie and make sure she behaves herself."

She then walked over to Samantha, who was still restraining Jessie Clyborne. "Okay, if you're going to lock her in her office, someone's going to have to have the key. I"ll look after her."

Samantha then took a key from Jessie's pocket, and shoved her into the nearby office. She then locked the door. "So, what are you going to be doing while guarding her? Cheerleading practice?"

"Yeah." Millie said. "Leave the key with me. We'll look after her. Me and ..." she turned to the other MTI cheerleader. "What's your name?"

"Call me Nellie!" the former Neil Nallon said.

"Me and Nellie, and the other cheerleaders here, and those in this department who didn't get zapped." Millie continued.

"Good idea to include them." Samantha said. She then turned to Owen Graison, and the other approaching non-transformed employees of the PR Department. "The rest of you, make sure the cheerleaders don't get so carried away with cheerleading practice that they forget they have jobs to do here. And right now, it's making sure Jessie doesn't cause trouble, and making sure the PR Department will be in good shape when Ms. Sendletter returns from Pittsburgh."

"Don't worry about it." said Owen. "We'll be fine."

"Oh!" Nellie exclaimed. "I almost forgot! Here's the Emo Gun. I think Jessie shoved the Clown Gun in the safe in her office and locked in in there." She handed Samantha the Emo Gun.

"We'll come back for the Clown Gun later." Samantha said.

Samantha placed the Emo Gun in her pack, and Teresa placed the Cheerleader Gun in her pack.

Doug Sallow turned to Samantha and Teresa. "All right, I think we're ready to rejoin the others now. Are you ready?"

Samantha and Teresa nodded. Samantha turned back to Millie, Nellie, and the other cheerleaders, as well as Owen Graison and the non-transformed PR Department employees. "All right, we'll see you later. Take care, everyone." Samantha said.

Samantha hoped things would be all right at the PR Department. But as she left with Doug and Teresa, she had this feeling that there was still some crazy twist or two ahead back on the floor with her friends and the transformed Board members.

She wondered about McMillan and the other transformed Board members. She knew that situation would likely not be resolved as easily as the situations she had just experienced.
