"Well, I'll see you in class tomorrow," she said. "And Lorraine, I hope you get a good part."
Progress...sister Lorraine. But...who was she?
"See you tomorrow, Karyn," Sarah said, smiling before rolling up the windows and starting the car. "I guess," she said to her passengers, "I'm having a girl's night out tomorrow."
Unless reality changes again, and then probably not, Jon thought. But he didn't know how she'd ended up as his Mom, or Karyn as his principal. That wasn't supposed to happen. Wait, did she just say girl's night out...Could the stone be interpreting all women as girls? If so, the pool of people affected just grew a bit.
"Don't you have a date tonight?" Lorraine asked him.
"Date? What?" he said, distractedly.
"Lorraine, stop teasing Jon. You know the two of them aren't dating..." Sarah said. "But...are you two hanging out tonight?"
"Well..." Jon stumbled.
"No...Not Rachel...I heard her pushing Jon to ask someone ask out..."
"Who?"
Yeah, who? And who is Rachel? Jon thought.
