The only thing that Jenny the transgender stripper could think of wishing for was to make herself a natural-born girl. She was comfortable with herself as she was, even though she had intended on getting surgeries and whatnot to make herself into the girl that she always knew she should have been from the start. But with the wishing stone, she could just wish that she had always physically been a girl, from conception. She could have a normal life for a girl. No awkward social problems, no losing friends over lifestyle choices ... just a normal childhood. Well, as normal as it could be with how her family was. She didn't mind it as much as Zoe did, but she had to admit that her family wasn't traditional in any sense of the word. Not like other families in this conservative-leaning town. It was odd, though. She had to wonder why she had waited so long to make a wish like this. After all, it should have been one of the first things on her mind to wish for, right?
So with that, not waiting any longer, she said "I wish I was born female." The stone glowed, granting her wish. A moment later, she was looking in the mirror and admiring her new form, largely like she already was, but now not having any boyish attributes, looking just like any other girl her age. Her breasts were a little smaller than she wanted (C-cups), but this was what she'd apparently look like if she had been born female instead of male. And because of how wishes worked, everyone else thought that she was supposed to be this way, not remembering anything about how she used to be transgender. She couldn't be more pleased.
The thing was, though, since Jenny's existence would, unknown to her, only last for the next seven days, that wish would still be in effect when Jon reverted to normal at the end of the week, meaning he would be a girl, having a girl's life. And because Jenny didn't put a time limit on her wish, Jon probably wouldn't be able to reverse his gender change.
