Steve entered the little office and Dr Harris gave a big smile.
“Ah Steven, so nice to see you again” she beamed as she got up and grabbed another chair from the corner of the office. She placed it near hers and gestured for him to sit. Steve walked over and sat down, his legs no longer reaching the floor.
“So Steve, how have you been since I last saw you?” She asked.
“Ok I guess” he shrugged.
“We’ll that’s good to hear, umm, could you tell me about what you’re wearing? Why did you chose that?” She asked.
“Anne made me wear it” he pouted, “said I need to ‘spect women” he added with a sigh.
“Ok, and how do you feel about that?”
“She’s just being mean to me ‘cause she got in trouble yesterday” Steve replied angrily, “it is kinda pretty though” he added quietly, playing with the hem of his dress.
“Interesting” Dr Harris mused, “ok Steve, I’m going to ask you a few questions. Just answer with the first thing you think of. Can you do that for me?”
“Ok”
“Name”
“Stevie”
“Age?”
“Six…teen, Sixteen”
“Gender?”
“Boy”
“Thank you Stevie, now could you stand up for me I just want to get a good look at you. Don’t worry, you can stay dressed this time, there’s enough changes evident for me to go by” she said kindly. Steve nodded and hopped off the chair.
“We’ll you’re height has dropped dramatically, and your hair growth is incredible. There’s clearly a lot of muscle loss. Here catch this” she said as she lightly tossed a pen from the desk too him. Steve tried to catch it, but his reflexes weren’t quick enough.
“A little loss of hand eye coordination and slow reflex too” she mused, “ok Stevie, that’s everything I need from you. Could you send your daddy in next?” She added. Steve nodded and left the room. Once he’s left Evelyn made a quick note on his file
Steven is showing signs of mental regression, is using simple words and sentence structure. Worth observing again in the future
No sooner had she finished typing, the door opened and she was surprised to see Emma walk in.
“Stevie told me I was next?” She asked.
