Jon can't wish the device he created out of existence but he can wish it out of Zoe's hands, however after she tried to turn him goth and did turn his best friend he feels like that's really letting her off too easy.
"I wish I knew what she really hates."
Suddenly he hears Zoe's voice in his head ranting about things she hates.
"I hate my normie family and especially my looser brother."
"Jeez thanks for singling me out" thinks Jon
"And I especially hate goth posers!"
"What? She hates other goths?" Exclaims Jon beyond surprised. "I wish I knew what that was about"
Suddenly Jon's mind is flooded with knowledge of goth subculture, way more than he cared for. He didn't care for any of it. However he now understood what she meant by goth posers. Several of these subgroups we're far different from Zoe, and clearly she only had love for her own personal brand of goth.
Jon chuckles to himself "Why don't I let her think she's having it her way for now, only to later reveal that she created the very thing she hates."
"I wish that when Zoe uses the device in her possession to turn people goth, they turn" he clears his throat before resuming what he assumes to the most ridiculous sentence he's ever uttered l "they turn into perky pastel lolita goths and Zoe doesn't see anything wrong with that. I also wish that Zoe's victims change to look their part, their clothes too."
"Alright, now with that out of the way I'd rather not have her or growing friends turn me into one of them. Better make her actually like me for now. I wish she dropped the device and in doing so accidentally shoots herself a into a brocon so she likes me."
"Hmm, she might notice that she shot herself and try to use the gun to fix herself before it's too late or maybe even one of her followers. I wish that if anyone tries to undo that change in personality it instead gets worse".
Now I understand most people have no clue what a perky pastel lolita goth would be, so to quote "TV tropes"...
The stereotypical Goth character, especially in teen television shows, is frequently a Snark Knight or a Deadpan Snarker, someone whose dark clothes and grooming reflect a pessimistic mentality. Contrariwise, the Perky Goth, who is almost always female, operates on the principle that dark does not always mean depressing. Sometimes, a singular Goth takes on both personalities.
She wears the clothes, but her personality is always cheerful and amiable (occasionally approaching Genki Girl territory).
