"Um, no... I found it at a yard sale. The note says it's called the medallion of Zulo." Nick told him hurriedly.

"What? Really? Tell me, is it nice and expensive looking?"

"Not really, it kinda looks like cheap tin or maybe pewter. But it does look old."

"Hmm... and does it have anything on it? An image or writing or anything?"

"Well, it looks like maybe a butterfly-winged fairy on it, and I think there's writing around the edges, but it's hard to tell if they're supposed to be letters or just designs"

"Right. It sounds like the real thing. Listen carefully: I gather you know some of what it can do. It's very old, quite powerful, and very tricky to use properly. I suggest you come over here in person, as this is probably best not handled over the phone. Don't show it to anyone else. Also, I assume from your inquiries that you tried to use it recently?"

"Ya... about an hour ago. It felt like it was working, but nothing really happened." Nick told him

"Yes, well there are many reasons why this could happen. But since you have used it recently, it's safe to carry on your person for the next few hours, so put it around your neck, under your clothes, where it cant be seen or dangle loosely, or catch on anything. Do not just put it in your purse or any other box or bag that could be stolen or lost easily. Can you come over right away?"
