Quietly, we accepted. We did not have much of a choice. It was either comply or have the titles stripped from us in order to find more obedient champions. That was not needed. Hunting more gold was somethin that we wanted to do as a faction. This meant we would be the penultimate match of Headshot Haven. It was pretty important. I did not want us embarrassed here. If they lost, our faction would be weakened. Eric and Leo would have the full backing of Child Labor. They would not fail when it was the time to fight. They would not lose if we were there to back them up. We decided that it would be good to make some good promos about it. We even went to Rage to talk shit about their tag champions at the top of their show. The fans did not know all that much about us. We stayed on Battlefield. Obviously, they could tune in for both shows. That did not mean that they were equally invested in the goings on of both brands in EWL. The Team Rage fans were not all that happy to see us talk shit. The normal Team Battlefield fans on Rage hated our guts still. The Rage GM really hated it.

Rage could not tolerate the disrespect. Their general manager told us that they would have their tag champions take on Eric and Leo in 2 separate 1 on 1 matches. They had no clue what they were getting into. Eric's big match was first. We all made our Rage debut in style. We all went out as a show of force. They had really good tag champions. Their team name was the Beach Bums. Apparently, they were technical wrestlers and also pretty chill guys. The blond was named Max Whetman. He was a challenge when facing Eric in the first match. Jake Shelby was the black haired young man. He would be taking on Leo later on in the night. During their first match, he was acting as Max's manager. We made sure to cheat at every opportunity. Xavier got on the apron to argue with the referee. Jake got into the ring and tackled Xavier to the floor bellow. Leo and Kodie went to help him. Jake did a big springboard move and took all 3 of them out. Suzie and I knew better. Since he was on our side, we were able to jump him. With all of the fighting, Max was distracted. Eric did a dirty pin to win.
