Having championship celebration promos were becoming common for us. That was a very good feeling. We got to gloat in front of the crowd. The fans hated the guts of only 3 of us. It was coming closer to the time of having a dominant heel stable. We needed to get the others to cross the line. During the promo, we were interrupted by a different tag team. They wanted to face us with the titles on the line. I took the microphone and granted it. They wanted it to be fair, so it was going to be a Steel Cage match. The only way to win would be for both to escape the cage with both feet touching the floor. William Sparks and Henry Quick were dominating. When Henry Quick climbed the cage, it was an intrepid William that stayed behind to stop them. I pulled Alex in a huddle. "We're going to climb the cage. Once we get in, we can help Jamal and Will." Alex looked flabbergasted at the request. That went against the rules. He trusted me implicitly with all the victories I led him to. We climbed at opposite ends of the cage. Will and Jamal flailed against William. Alex and I arrived; it was a 4 on 1 now.

Calling the shots was part of the job of being the group leader. "Jamal! Will! Get the hell out of here. We got this." I told them. Both of them were jobbers, so of course I saw that they climbed as fast as turtles stuck in the thickest molasses possible. That was fine with me. I was beating William senseless. Alex was almost useless, but I did have him here. I could hold the enemy still and use Alex for tag team moves. This kept him busy. It still took a couple minutes for them to climb down the cage to the floor. Once they did, the bell rang. They were announced the winners and they were given the championship belt. Our stable had 3 titles among us. Out of 6 members, 5 of us had championship gold around our waist. Like it or not, this made us look dominant on Battlefield. We were on top of the world. With Robbie and Suzie's title defenses, we truly were unstoppable. The next Battlefield we had a championship celebration for boys. They were happy. Suzie announced a 4 week open challenge. It was first come, first served. 4 weeks meant 4 title defenses. That put her up to 6. Nice.

Obliterating 4 jobbers in singles matches got me through the month. I even pulled double duty tagging with Alex for fun the last 2 weeks. I was over the 10 wins I needed for the "Undefeated" criterion. Along with my managing, I had 2 criteria in the big Winning category. This was pretty good. In OPW, I was supposed to just be a jobber that supported Liam in his matches. I did my job and was thrown away in the end. Our problem was that we did too well. It was really ironic. We grew too fast and ruffled the feathers of people that did not agree with us being big talents. In a very small way, I was now righting that wrong here in EWL. Robbie, Jamal, Will and Alex were all big jobbers that I was able to uplift. It was my idea to help Robbie when he needed it. It was also my idea to make this stable. They never would have been able to win a championship without Suzie and I backing them up. Robbie likely would have been fired if we did not step up then. My contract was for 3 years. Even if Child Labor broke apart or was disbanded, no one would deny what we were able to accomplish together.
