X-ray vision was not needed to see the transactional nature of this partnership. We were not evil people. Suzie and I were not out to backstab him or anything. It was still true that Robbie was someone we were going to use to the fullest in order to get ahead of the competition. In this new company, I knew we could make something of ourselves. This was our way to get a foot in the door. The next week we opened up the show in the GM's office. He was pissed off. The last thing he wanted to be doing is giving a jobber like Robbie a title shot. "A deal is a deal. You are going to get a chance to challenge for any title you want. Have you made your choice... Robbie?" he said as the cameras started rolling. These words were said through grit teeth. He nodded his head. "I'd like an Intercontinental title match, please." he said nervously. The general manager nodded tersely. "Of course. It will be you vs. Sean Aston for the Intercontinental Championship." he said. Robbie breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you sir. I won't let you down!" he said happily. "Don't thank me. It'll be a First Blood Match."

It was a revelation that stopped all 3 of us cold. "...What?" Robbie asked him in utter disbelief. "You heard me the first time. You think I'm stupid? You and your 2 cronies stole that match and, with it, a pay-per-view slot. This time we have the short end of the stick when it comes to match slots. You think I want one of the 5 to go to you!? I do not. Trust me on that! We might as well get some entertainment. What better way is there to do that than seeing you get just what you deserve for wasting our time." he spat coldly. It was a blatant show of power and cruelty. Robbie was shocked. He was staring at an evil man. "Get the hell out of my office, Robbie." he said. We all turned to leave when the GM chuckled. "Oh, I'm not done with you 2 yet." he said. We turned to face him. "You both can have a little preview with First Blood matches tonight. Get ready. I'm not making the road easy for any of you." he said with a smile. I was not going to let an NPC sass me. I walked over to him and slammed both my hands on his desk. "Good. I was tired of sitting around doing nothing. We will win it."

Zipping our way into storylines and title contention was good for us. We wanted to be out there fighting from the very beginning. Even if the GM hated us, we would rack up as many achievements as possible. We were kicked out of his office. Robbie was not booked. That was fine. He was a jobber anyway. The fresher he was for the pay-per-view, the better it would be. He could manage us. Robbie was not a heel. That means he was not willing to cheat to help us win. That was fine. I was up against a mid card talent by the name of Evan Tallons. I reached under the ring for some nice weapons. There were no disqualifications in a First Blood match. I kept selecting the sacks full of tacks and broken glass and spreading them all over ringside. I fit my secondary finisher. The Triangle Dropkick was where I grabbed him from the corner and tossed my opponent over the top rope so they stood of the apron. I then did a springboard dropkick from the adjacent rope. He fell back first into the broken glass. His back was bleeding. I won. Suzie just beat her opponent in the head with a metal bat.

Yellow health was not an option. They were red all over. In fact, our opponents were so badly beaten that they were in danger of career ending injuries. This was not the end. The next week, we both had a 2 on 1 handicap match under extreme rules. That meant there were no disqualifications. All opponents were put on the shelf for over a year. The crowds were not expecting mid card death matches. It was something that brought in a lot of eyes for it. The third week, we had Ambulance Matches. The only way to win was to put your opponent in the back of an ambulance and shut the doors on them. By the end of the matches, they were the ones running to the back to escape from me and Suzie. That was yet another win. This was enough for the pay-per-view. Robbie was pretty nervous. He had not been on a pay-per-view before. It was the opening match. I had a plan. I was going to hide under the ring during the big match. "Listen to me, Robbie. Suzie is going to walk you to the ring. I can't do it. As soon as the bell rings you need to leave the ring and crawl under the ring." I told him.
