When the two got home, dinner was already on the table with everyone washing hands. Karyn and Jon did the same and joined folk at the table. Jon didn't use advanced detail while eating, preferring to hear how everyone's day went. After a delicious meal and catching up with everyone, Jon and Karyn cleared the table and started the dishes. When they thought they were alone, they each felt an arm on their shoulders.
"So, it's finally official, huh? Congrats you two, you make a cute couple!" beamed Janet
"How'd you figure it out, Mrs Gibson?" asked Karyn.
"Normally cleaning dishes doesn't involve so much hand holding and giggling. Also, your mom told me. You can call me Janet...or mom"
"Mom!" whined Jon, causing the women to laugh. Zoe peaked her head into the kitchen, "Are we teasing Jon? I want to play! What's the topic?"
"Your brother is finally dating Karyn."
"Ew Jon. I prefer you as a monk. Karyn, you could do better. Look at him, he's like Herbert West, socially weird," said zoe grabbing Jon's arm for emphasis.

Tootles!" said Janet walking out of the room. Zoe just glared back at the couple, rolled her eyes and slinked off. Karyn dried her hands and gave Jon's butt a pinch. "Jon, it's been a fun night, but I have to get home. See you at school tomorrow, and then we get the weekend!" She gave him a soft kiss on the cheek and giggled. They walked to the door, where Karyn yelled goodbye to everyone, including her "mom" causing her to laugh as she walked away from the house. Jon went back upstairs, checking his stats and noting this recovery was 6 times faster than usual with Karyn in his house. He brought up the rulebook to review things and then noted he had enough mana for nothing tonight. He brought up his harem menu, noting that Karyn and Jessi were in eachother's window, looking to be talking. He closed the windows.
Jon looked at the rock. He hadn't touched it since he made the wish and got the help ability. Could he guide the abilities he got with the rock? Or would him figuring that out make the game less interesting? Was there another ability he wanted? The discussion of combat got Jon and Karyn worried, maybe he should wish to know how it worked? Or would wishing make it part of the game? Jon decided to not chance in, and thinking about some non-game related wishes. He went back to Karyn's wishes, trying to figure out how to change them so that they weren't permanent, but realized that Karyn didn't seem to worry about the changes now. Maybe he'd try something easier.
"I wish for $1000 dollars in my back account that came from a legal source and no one seemed worried about it," said Jon. The rock warmed up, and he looked at his account using his phone, noting it was now $1811. Smiling, he then made a reservation for the nicest place in town for Saturday night, two nights from now. He texted Karyn about it, to which she replied, "It's a date!" with a winking face, a chicken leg and an eggplant. Jon decided to check on Karyn, and saw that she was jumping in her room, looking very excited. Jon couldn't help but grin at her excitement and when she started acting out what she thought some of the evening could look like. Jon was enjoying the miming, but wondered about sound. He was looking through options for sound, but couldn't find any. Looking back at Karyn's window, he saw her looking like she was kissing someone. He laughed a bit, until he noted her hand seeming to trace his body then work it's way into what Karyn imagined to be his pants. She started to move her hand back and forth. She stopped the kiss and she mouthed, "like that?" When she went to her knees and pretended to take Jon's pants down, he decided to stop watching. When he excited out he saw the windows of the rest of the harem. Zoe was asleep, but Jessi and Janet weren't. Jessi was looking like she was doing some stretching before bed. His mom however looked like she was doing what Karyn was doing, but she was doing it naked and something in her mouth was causing her cheeks to puff out and her lips to make her look like she had duckface in the shape of an O. After a second, he realized what his mother was doing, and closed the harem window.
He started to reach the next book on the syllabus and started to read it before going to bed to get 8 hours of sleep. The "inn" music plays and things went dark after Jon decided to go to sleep
