Having wild wolves with us would not be a good idea. I did not know the first thing about domesticating wild animals. In fact, I was pretty sure that it was near impossible to do for animals already used to the wild. We could not do it safely. Just one person being bit would spell disaster for my family. "Sorry. We simply can't take them with us. I would be way too lonely without you with me in Mansfield. I also don't have anyone that I could trust to be your guardians in my place here for you to stay." I said to them. Brawler, Battler and Bruiser looked sad as we got them on the carriage. We then began to go. The Brownflank Tribe, led by Petras and Jeran, was honor bound to go wherever their sworn lord, Anthony Swifthunt, was. I was the one driving the carriage with Bonnie at my side. Grissell and all of the children were inside. It was very cramped in there. Yon and his wife shared a horse. I had a crossbow for Bonnie. I made sure that she knew how to fire and load bolts incase we were attacked. She was there riding shotgun now after all. All the centaurs of the tribe were following right behind.

It took a day and a half. We took a break over the night. I wanted to make sure Yon and his wife as well as everyone else was doing alright. We partied together and sang for a few hours. Then it was time to put the children to sleep. They did not want to, but it was time for adults to chat freely. Once they were asleep, I went over to Grissell and Bonnie. "Look at the miracles we brought into the world." I whispered to them. Grissell looked at her 3 daughters. Bonnie looked at her sons. "I love my girls. Are we sure we have to force them to leave us for the Mage Academy?" she asked me. I pulled her close. "I believe in my culture from the other world. You know that I do not look down on my daughters in favor of my 6 sons. Johna is my eldest child, so she will be my heir. The lion share of my wealth and property when I die will go to her. That is why Holly and Molly must go. They need to make their own way in life. I believe in them so strongly. They are strong. They are fast. They are capable. They are very clever. All I can do is ask you to believe in them too." I said. Grissell frowned. "It's... hard."
