Barely passing did not matter. A pass was a pass. Jeff and Trish decided that being pilots was not for them. They were already in the Justice Guild. They did not need to double up. For the others that passed, they had a full year to take and pass the practical exam. That would entail getting in the plane with the instructor, preparing for take off in the hangar, actually taking off from the runway, flying a couple of laps around the airport and then landing the plane safely. This was where Chad's true passion lied. School resumed and they had to take a break on flying classes. They would still go on Saturdays. School was mandatory until the end of high school. Even if alphas wanted to, they could not keep omegas away from education. College was different though. Omega children of the elite went. Any degree would work. Nepotism would demand any shell company or auxiliary branch that would fall to an omega child would still need the education to run it well. They all had the money to go. Middle class omegas went to find an alpha husband. One with potential to go far up the ladders.

Catching a husband was their strategy. Middle class omegas were wealthy enough to where they could go with minimal loans. They were not wealthy enough where they could waste time. While they were going, it was to get a meaningful degree. Culturally, omegas were seen as great nurses and teachers due to their nurturing and gentle natures. Getting a social work, nursing or teaching degree was the focus. Elite omegas could dabble in the arts and humanities more. History, art and foreign language degrees did not matter for most entry level office jobs. It did show you had a good head on your shoulders, were driven and had a decent work ethic. Within an elite alpha family, that was all that they needed for an executive secretary position or, if at the very top, a new company for the corporation or an auxiliary branch of the company to be granted to them. Low class omegas, if they were even allowed to go, had no time for that. They had to try their best to go into STEM. It was where the money was. It was also where all the middle of the pack alpha males trying to make a living were.

It was hard with alphas constantly trying to fuck the omegas. Even if a low class omega got the degree, they would be stuck in the entry level positions for the rest of their lives. Alphas would never promote them. It was a matter of principle to them. Alphas were on average smarter, faster and stronger. It was a no brainer most times. Even then if the boss was an alpha, they might also be an alpha supremacist. Betas might promote an omega if they were sleeping with said beta upper manager. That just made the stigma against omegas even worse for the next generation. Luckily for the omegas in the group, they had circumvented all of that. They were members of the big and mighty Justice Guild. There would always be work for members, even if it was not the most glamorous. Doing enough low level tasks would allow them to rank up. The higher the rank, the better jobs they could take on. At the moment, they did not need to go to college. They had the license that most people would go to the law school for. Now that they were the seniors, they really were the rulers of the school.
