Jon's eyes bulged, not sure what to focus his attention on first. Actually, it was definitely the pregnant belly, which stood out in contrast to the red bikini "Sara" was wearing...or maybe it complimented her outfit? Jon blushed, not wanting to think too deeply about whether he preferred a pregnant version of Sarah. So this 'Sara' is from a different dimension, but at least this one doesn't sound too far off from the Sarah I know...still wealthy and vain, it looks like.
He almost forgot that he had to actually decide whether to swipe left or right on her. What should his goal even be? If he swiped right, he would be giving this timeline-variant Sarah free reign to alter him into a different version of himself, and she'd be looking for a tall rich guy interested in a trophy wife and raising a stepchild! Not to mention if she was picky enough, she could run out of swipes and Jon could end up as a version of himself they both hated.
On the other hand, if he swiped left, he could be the one stuck with an undesirable variant of Sarah, or of anyone else for that matter. Was it worth the risk?
