Nick & Megan : explanation

"We are probably stuck like this..." murmured Megan, touching her flat chest.

After being on hold for 32 minutes, he finally got an officer on the phone related to his case. The officer told Nick there were no leads at this time, and he would be in contact if he had anything. The couple decided to go to Amber and Betty's to distract themselves from their rough morning. This time Amber and Megan didn't go out of the room, but Amber was definitely sitting very close to Megan. Nick was enjoying watching his girlfriend squirm more than he enjoyed the movie.
The following day Megan e-mailed her parents that she was being sent to Beijing for work and wouldn't be around for 3 months for training. The days were work, and the evenings were trying to figure out how to maintain as much as their lives as possible, with the occasional hanging out with the twins to distract themselves.
