That was a pretty penny for a teen to have. Even by losing in the first round, you get a point on your account. Registration with the IPTB or TLW cost 65 lin a year. There was a major limiter on people trying to go pro. That was a distinct lack of access. These JPL tournaments only had 32 slots in the draw. That meant there were usually waiting lists of hundreds of players before a tournament could start. There was honestly little justification to travel out to a tournament you had no guarantee you could play in. Reid, Reilly, Ronan and Rhys were blessed that the tournament they found online was in their hometown. Organizers were not dumb. They recognized the names of the local high school national champions. It was simply assumed that if they were going to sign up they had to be alphas or betas. If they knew the 4 were omegas, they might have put them on the back of the line. Even then, some tournaments had less players than the draw at the end of sign in on day 1. Tennis players who have been successful in Future tournaments got enough points to move up to the next class.

Anna and the boys were striving for just that. It was where they wanted to be. There are some tennis tournaments where the organizer awards wildcards. These are invitations to players who would not actually be eligible to participate. This is another way to get directly into the main draw of a larger tennis tournament. It was the exception to the rule. Unfortunately, all chances of that went out the window when it was seen they were omegas. If a player has also collected a sufficient number of points on the Challenger Tour, he is able to start in an IPTB Tour 250 tournament. As the name suggests, the winner receives 250 world ranking points credited to his account. The prize money is also worth at least 400,000 lin. If you are defeated in a previous round, you will still not go away empty-handed. For example, the semi-finalist receives 90 points and the quarter-finalist 45 points. In general, the competition in these tournaments is much higher, so some players have to qualify first. There the best players are then determined after one or two matches. A pre tournament for low ranks.

Cuttoff were used to not waste time. Those with more points in their account had priority in qualifying straight into the main draw. Depending on the tournament, the organizer determines either 28, 32 or 48 entries in the main draw before qualifiers and wildcards. Anna was certain the boys could earn those slots if need be. The winner of an IPTB Tour 500 tournament receives twice as many points as in a 250 event. The world ranking points of the other rounds are adjusted in the same way. Furthermore, players will receive 10 world ranking points for each match won in the qualification round. The main draw consists of 32 or 48 players. Financially speaking, there is a prize money of about 500,000 lin. Currently, the IPTB Tour 500 consists of 13 tournaments on several continents. This number may vary depending on the year, as the IPTB may add new tournaments or remove existing tournaments from the series. Even more exclusive are the tournaments of the IPTB World Tour Masters 1000, with only nine Masters tournaments being played per season. That was totally fine.

4 of them are held in Beshea, 4 in Cleojan and 1 in Ashia. They all lived in Breaca, a country on the continent of Beshea. In these tournaments up to 96 players compete against each other at the beginning. In a period of 7-10 days the winner is determined. At the end, the winner will receive 1000 ranking points along with more than 1,000,000 lin in prize money. The IPTB Finals, formerly the Tennis Masters Cup, are held at the end of each men’s season. In general, they are the most important event on the IPTB Tour. This tournament is always held in November in Nochor. At this tournament, the 8 best tennis players of the season meet. In the first step the players are divided into two groups. After that, the 2 best players from each group will be chosen from among the 4 players. These then advance to the semi-finals, where they meet the 2 winners of the other group. Finally, the winner can look forward to 1500 ranking points plus a bonus of 1,500,000 lin. The most famous tennis tournaments are probably the Grand Slams. At these tournaments, the IPTB is responsible for organization.
