Going from unaligned to lawful neutral would be a heavy weight to deal with. I helped the off the floor. The 3 souls rose their levels like I thought that it would. They were now level 41. Killing more demons helped too. If these 2 had unique noble air elemental forms due to their new alignment, more questions popped up. What would they have looked like if they became evil instead? What did the standard form of nobility look like!? Would their master let them stay with me!? Would he want to keep them even more now!? We would just have to see. In order to get ready, I ate 10 souls by myself. That was worth 50 levels. Power flowed into me. Added to the 10 souls that I ate when I saw Kyle and Myles evolve the first time, I was now level 243. I was confident that I would have enough power to overcome whoever it was. I was ready. Well prepared or not, we were still waiting in the sitting room. Kyle and Myles had picked themselves off the floor. They were looking at each other to see what their new forms looked like. Both were pretty nervous. This was uncharted territory for all their kind.

Another hour passed before a minor air elemental came in. "All hail our glorious master." he said. That was when a blue skinned genie entered. I assumed he was the big master as he was flanked by greater air elementals. He had a glance at us before his focus was centered on Kyle and Myles. He was stunned as he approached. "What has happened to you, servants of mine?" Kyle and Myles began to tearfully explain everything from the point they were summoned from my spell. It was apparently much more traumatic and harrowing than I could ever fathom. I was not an NPC. The genie and all the air elementals were in horror. Ripped from their homes, forced to serve a coven of incubi, objectified by humans, forced to take up the blade and fight gangsters, hunted by greater elementals, attacked by demons, forced into worshipping a human god, force fed damned mortal souls and mutating were each on their own crazy tales. Together, it was an tale of absolute agony. Kyle and Myles had large tears streaming down their faces. All I could do was stand there and listen. So very sad.

When they were done, the greater water elemental just cleared his throat. "We have brought your servants to you. What is our reward?" he asked. The genie sighed. "Of course you will be rewarded. Name a wish and it will be granted. If you do not wish to go home, you'll stay as part of my retinue." he said. The greater fire elemental was quick to make his wish. "I wish for a great weapon that can slay this annoying incubus!" he snapped excitedly. The genie smiled and a pocket dimension appeared. The genie reached an arm in and pulled out a 2 handed blade. "Storm-terror will rend an opponent limb from limb like a storm destroys the land. The power of thunder has been harnessed to defeat your enemies." A huge blade with bonus thunder damage was impressive. "Thank you. I will be sure to use this when I return home. The genie smiled. "Now now. I empower my servants well. You are now in my service. The elementals were shocked. "How!? I never said I'd join you!" the greater fire elemental protested. "I told you. If you don't wish to go home, you're mine." the genie clarified.

This was not fair at all. Then again, no one said it had to be. Genies all had their own interests. The water elemental frowned. He saw the writing on the wall. He was not going to be rewarded for his work. The greater water elemental needed to cut his losses. He said "Well, I don't want to be away from my plane any longer. I wish to return to the Elemental Plane of Water." I saw as he disappeared. At least he would not be trapped on a foreign plane against his will. His story and exploits would be much more appreciated among his own kind. I certainly would not be dealing with him any longer. That just left the greater fire here with the blade. I would have to really be careful going forward. The greater fire elemental did not like me. The genie looked at me. "What would you desire in order to relinquish your ownership over them!?" he asked. There was no way. "I developed Kyle and Myles from elementals to noble air elementals. I would need new air elementals of equal rank. I intend to conquer part of the plane, so they can continue to serve me." I told him. The genie just frowned.
