Unsurprisingly, the AEP unit declined the invitation. Why would he want to get hit by intoxicated humans? When their concert ended, I got a call from Paul. Everyone was ready to go to the Water Clan's clan building. We had a mission to do. Since Major Saltine was so against them, we had to question them on their motives and make sure that things were above board. It would not take us all that long. As far as I was aware, we could just have them give us all their planning documents and invoices for the money they had spent. I looked down at the AEP next to me. "You aren't from Water Clan, are you?" I asked. He shook his head. "I am from 11-002 Sonic Clan." he said. He was a part of the Researcher faction and a general in the war. I wondered why he was even here in the first place. I said "Well, Water Clan is calling for me. You should probably head back home. Erosion Clan is no joke. They'll beat you if you're not careful." He frowned and said "I just... wanted to see what this was like. All of the fighting between us makes me sad. Even the Impact Clan is happy now. It's not fair."
Fair or not, Sixteenth Notes Clan had fought very hard for the peace we were currently enjoying. If it was not for us, the Advocate faction would still be chased down and attacked by the government. Major Saltine was still not accepting it. That was why she sent us out here. If we found anything shady going on, she would use it as an excuse to attack Water Clan and Radiation Clan. Obviously, we were not going to give her ammo like that. If there was a problem, we would get Water Clan to cut it out. I was sure they would listen to us if they knew what was at stake. After were finished with them, we would go to Radiation Clan and see what they were up to. This huge celebration was supposed to go on for several days. It was a planned event for the Advocate faction. Impact Clan was part of the Researcher Clan, so their version of the party was different. Maybe we could swing down and look at it for a bit. 11-002 looked at me and said "I know that you are a collaborator with Erosion Clan. I am here to get all you humans off the field. I'll arrest you first and get the others." I just sighed.
11-002 went hostile to me and tried to catch me. I dodged out of the way and called down a pillar of fire from the sky. The AEP unit dodged the flames, but I was already running away. I galloped off of the beach and onto the board walk. He was not at all slow, but I simply had the stats to reach a higher speed. What he did have was an infinite amount of stamina. When I tired out, he would catch up to me. Too bad for him, I knew exactly where I was going. The Water Clan's clan building was not that far from the beach. He could chase all he wanted, but once I got there, he would be fighting 2 whole clans by himself. Paul and Brett were waiting for me. I stopped in front of them. 11-002 was right behind me. He looked at the 3 of us and frowned. His intel told him not to underestimate us. "I am from 11-002 Sonic Clan. I know that you are collaborators with Erosion Clan. I am here to get all you humans off the field. I'm going to arrest you and take you back to my clan." he declared. Paul and Brett looked at me. "Just ignore him for now. Our goal was to go to the western quadrant anyway."
