Getting the original staff back was not a program. We had hired from the talent pool available in the town. They all still lived here. Our budget was infinite, so paying them was no big deal. I personally talked to some that remembered those that had died in the various attacks. Being in the fully renovated and secured building reassured them. Some were still pretty nervous to be back. I would be too if I was a regular person with no powers. They had witnessed some of our own talent and support staff get murdered by a vicious AEP unit. Luckily, that was not the position I was in. I was a paladin at level 127. That gave me amazing magic. I was also clan engineer of one of the most powerful PEP clans on the continent. There was a literal arsenal of weapons and gadgets if I ever felt threatened. Most importantly, I was backed up by 2 of the most influential Devils on this server. There was not a single thing out of reach for us. I took my music engineer job back with the rest of the cyborg members. They all had been lucky to survive everything that happened to them. We were totally back.

Hunter, Paul, Brett and I had spoken to 12-001. He was to change up his appearance while around the humans. The last thing that we wanted was for the humans to get triggered. Even worse if they tried to attack him or call up the authorities. It would not do anything. That would be a different problem altogether. Major Watts might have been an asshole, but the did put his neck on the line for us. Having the corruption of the system being exposed like that would look extremely bad for him. All the other majors and his superior officers would probably turn their backs on him. I knew that some of them were just waiting for the chance to overturn the table and attack all the clans in the Advocate faction. That was bad for 2 reasons. One of them was that many of the clans had shown them their clan buildings. The other is that there is no way for the humans to succeed. They would be obliterated and the human soldiers would be put into the meat grinder. It would be really disgusting seeing the men trying to assault all their bases only to be melted, irradiated, electrocuted and burned to death.

Advocates wanted to help humans. Looking at 13-001, 13-002 and Dawg, the AEP units genuinely cared about humans being safe and happy. Having to fight a war with them would be really bad for their morale. Then again, all of them were cyborgs. It would be extremely easy for them to be murderous if the transmission hubs and the off world Progenitors told them to do it. Thinking on it, the end goal of all the cyborgs was to bring their Progenitors here to the continent. There was no way that the human government or military is going to allow that. All that meant there would eventually be a major amount of conflict between them. I was not sure what side of that big fight I wanted to be on. Sixteenth Notes Clan was going to be the one to decide who won and who lost. That was just how powerful that we were. Paul, Brett and Hunter were my fellow officers. We would have to decide at that point in time. Whatever we decided would determine the direction of the continent. Focusing on our roster we had to do music and help all the female AEPs with modeling. They were moderately popular.
