Susanna slapped him on the shoulder from embarrassment. Her brothers were right there. Both of them began laughing. "No wonder those guys all ended up leaving in the night!" Emmanuel yelled while pointing at her. She bit his finger hard. Emmanuel screamed in pain. "Oww! You fucking bitch!" he spat. She said "Mind your damn business." Rodrick only ended up laughing even harder. "Come on Susie! We need to get ready to get back. I took all of my vacation days until the end of the year. Wash your ass so we can go get something to eat." he said when he finally regained his composure. Susanna gave us all the middle finger and then slammed the door. We laughed a bit again. The situation was just too silly. It took over an hour for her to get ready. Blue was now hers, so he represented her to an extent. She lent him a nicer blue blouse, but he could not fit her jeans. That meant that he had to continue wearing those ratty sweatpants. That was the first place we had to go. She refused to go in a place to eat with Blue in his current outfit. Rodrick agreed. It was corpo mentality.
We went to a nice store downtown. Blue was Susanna's boyfriend so she fronted the cost. It was clear from the smile on her face that she really enjoyed dressing him. It was literally playing with a beautiful doll. She got him 3 different outfits to take home with them. She also bought one for him to wear for the day. She had a black credit card that allowed her to take what she wanted. Now that she was satisfied with what he was wearing, we could go to the diner to eat. It was well into brunch. That meant mimosas and French toast. Blue had strawberry lemonade. Hunter, Rodrick, Susanna and Emmanuel were a real family. I joined them and was actually pretty happy. At the end of the day, this was one of the true gems of FOG. After the brunch, we had to wait a bit. Drinking and driving was not going to fly. This was actually the best time for Blue to get his sexual upgrade installed. That took an hour. From there, they had sobered up enough to drive. As they were getting into their car to leave, I handed him the other 2 blueprints to the X-frame. It was fine. He had no actual way to pay.

They said their final goodbyes to Hunter and then pulled off. I was not going to continue actively protecting them. Blue was not the best model, but he would probably be enough to protect Susanna from most danger. Emmanuel was part of a gang, so he had a whole crew to back him up if he needed help. That just left Rodrick. His child was a cyborg-human hybrid. He definitely would be able to protect his father when he grew up. He was just a baby right now. He would not be able to do anything. That was a major liability. If something were to happen to any of these 3 cousins, he would be really upset. Then again, he might also be driven to go after Cold Clan really hard in response. I thought that it was worth it. It was not my family after all. Hunter was not going to be told. Obviously, he could see all 5 of the PEA units still in the lab the next day. Seemingly, he did not put 2 and 2 together. I also got the reports from the PEA units privately to be fair. Either way, this was going to rely on how well they could protect themselves. Corpos had a lot of big perks for healthcare and security.
