There was a specific room in the towers for creation of Protectors. Epsilon remarked it was similar to the rooms where he was stationed before he was moved to another room to wait for deployment on the island for missions. It was where he was indoctrinated to believe his backstory. Now it was time to make my Protectors. Sages had a very large deference on what they could create to help protect the local NPCs of the civilizations near us. I had decided to go with a superhero look. Not only that, but cat boy at that. They were mostly the same with a few exceptions. They had cat eyes with green sclerae, dark green irises and slitted pupils. Their hair was long and totally untamed. It covered his normal ears. They wore a textured black skin-tight catsuit with metal details. They wore matching gloves that had claws on the fingertips and boots with a wedge, silver toes, and paw-shaped treads. The Protectors had a round, golden bell on his neck, connected to a zipper on the front of his costume, and a long belt that wraps around his waist and hangs out from the back of the suit like a tail.

Completing their look, they all wore black cat ears and black masks to cover half of their face. They looked like a massive gathering of heroes. Now was the time to really set them apart from others. Instead of sexual magic, they would be able to create magical weapons from their bodies. Each of them would create a different weapon. I had them able to generate a weapon and pull it out of their chest. The weapons they could generate was specific to them. The Protectors could make a full quiver of 20 arrows, a short bow, long bow, short sword, long sword, great sword, hand axe, battle axe, great axe, sickle, kusarigama, scythe, round shield, kite shield, heater shield, nunchucks, quarter staff and 3 section staff. That was a large force of 18. There was a secret to the magic. When generated from their chest, the weapon was made of a steel alloy and warns you of danger. While the weapon is on your person, you have advantage on initiative rolls. In addition, you and any companions within 30 feet of you cannot be surprised, except when incapacitated by something like a magical sleep.

Pretty handy to have when on the road with horny predators roaming the roads. Especially at night. The weapon even magically awakens you and your companions in its range if any of you are sleeping naturally when combat begins. 30 feet apart from the sword wielder was not inconvenient at all. That was not all that they could create. If the particular Protector had a very high opinion of you, they could make a better weapon for you. This weapon is decorated with iconography of cat heads, claws, and tails. I thought it was cool. Depending of what the person requested the weapon would deal damage of a particular type with added special properties. Whenever you crit on an attack with this weapon, each creature of your choice within 5 feet of the target takes 5 damage of the type dealt by the weapon. You gain a +1 bonus to attack and damage made using the weapons. On a hit, their weapon deals an extra 16 damage of the type dealt by their weapon. The added damage could be fire, cold, lightning, acid or poison. Generating all these special weapons were tricky. It would also be rare.
