Doing this was not good for either of our images. We were throwing hands and spells in the middle of the street. There were features about it all in the news. It was a not a mystery where our place was headquartered. None of us could stop them from trying to vandalize our club or call in threats to get us shut down for the night. That was really annoying. It just meant that we needed to go hunt in the city for energy. People began to die in their sleep because of this. There were also sneak attacks that got some of our members. If our members got banished to Hell, we could summon them back on this side since we knew the true names of everyone in the coven. It was my prerogative as the the master of the coven. Eventually, we finally whittled them down to the teacher, Alex and Felix. They were forced to surrender. It was a major victory for The Wrecked Coven. We got 11 nice points of prestige for our troubles. Now that it was all over, we could operate the clubs again. The police periodically knocked on our doors. They had video evidence of crime, but we were the wrong gender each time.

Killing put us under a microscope. Others in the Mage's Guild could tell that some weird things were afoot. They did not have much loot worth taking. We let them live to further shame and disgrace them. They would live on knowing that they were weak and unable to protect their comrades. Fulko, Bertie, Wyatt, Tomkin, Petrus and Nichol did not participate. I kept them busy with their missions. Having them take on the bronze ranked missions would be really great. That was going to take time. Time was something that we had lots of. I went to the temple. There clerics and monks were praying together. The 3 blackmailed acolytes were also there. I waited for all of them to finish up. Interrupting prayer was a dick move. When they were done, I was greeted by everyone. I asked them what was going on with them. They were still going out to protect the neighborhood from dangers. The clerics were in the temple leading visitors in prayer, giving fertility consultations, and healing all the faithful. Their children were toddling around the temple. None of them cared. They did keep them from harm.

Really, they had no choice. The wrath of Bilios would surely come down on anyone who caused the children harm. Especially in their temple. The monks were all content to crowd around and see why I was here. I just had to take a break. Seeing how this side project was doing was always a nice thing. I pet them all on the head. They did not really like the affection as there was no way for them to process it when it was perfectly platonic. None of them liked to be treated like human children. They told me about some of their exploits. They stopped a purse snatcher. The woman was really thankful and would bring them a fruit basket every week. The incubi could not eat it, but Owen and Jason could. They had to do a bit of groveling to get the fruit, but that saved them from needing to spend money on a meal. The monks sometimes like to spy on the humans and watch as they begged. It fascinated them how a powerful being such as cleric of a god would have to lower themselves to regular mortals. Even I was confused by it. Surely they could be released from vows if they went to a priest now.
