Unfortunately, it was easy to see why that was. We were The Wrecked Coven. We used an exploit to get this far. Our coven was large. We were all hands on deck when given something to do from the Mage's Guild. That was a big pool of points. We also spammed all the low level missions online to inflate our adventurer rank. Due to that, I made it so we had a decent coven rank, but there was very little to show for it. Our only major accomplishments were the confirmation tests. At the very least, their fights and missions showed that we deserved our ranks. We did shitty jobs in Rekha like clearing our rats and food delivery. Robal City knew of us, but all the killing we did ensured that they hated our guts. There was no way they would hire us there. It was also the closest branch that we knew of. There were tons of noble families in the country, but none of them would have actually heard of us. If they did hear about us, it was nothing good. That was the downside of my exploit. Of the 7 covens ahead of us, they were employed by the dukes, royal family and their guild. We were way behind.

Jumping up and doing something stupid would be really counterproductive. We could just as easily lose what we have. Sighing, I put my head in my arms. We all would need to do some bigger things to get our names out there. Otherwise, we would all slowly stagnate. Fulko, Bertie, Wyatt, Tomkin, Petrus and Nichol were our human PR group. Fulko and Bertie earned their silver rank with me. Petrus and Nichol were Bronze Adventurers. The twins were only Tin Adventurers. The guild was very strict. No one could join a mission that was above their rank. That meant that the human group were going to be stuck with the bottom of the barrel jobs for quite some time. Until the twins could get their confirmations, things were going to be rough. There was one last thing at we could do in the meantime. I went to the house that Felix used to live in. I waited until the evening. He arrived and passed me. I tapped lightly him on the shoulder and got him to turn around. I used that as my chance to sucker punch him right in the face. "Ow! What the fuck, asshole!? Who the hell are you!?" Felix yelled out.

Felix clearly did not recognize me. I did not blame him. For him, it had been years since he had last seen me and my squad. "I am finally back to settle the score with you guys after your master banished my friends to Hell." I said with a smile on my face. His eyes widened. Felix remembered me now. I dog walked him down the block as I kicked his ass. It seemed that he still had not taken all of this seriously. I gave him a final slap and he fell to the ground. "Go tell your friends what happened to you." was what I told him as I laughed and left. I could start a war with his coven. Defeating them would rise our prestige. His teacher was the master of a small coven of 14 mages in it. Obviously, they would respond in kind for this war. We fought each other in the streets on sight. Luckily for us incubi, we were fiendish shapeshifters. We could slip in and out of the Ethereal Plane at will. We also could switch our gender to avoid detection before an attack. We could appear right in front of them, beat them to death in public and evade capture by switching genders again before disappearing again. Great.
