It was clear that synchronization was possible and could be maintained between the android and a human. Even with one so below average as Henry. There was still a single session to go. Henry was ready after the short break he was given to relax. They went back to the same room for a third time. Henry immediately got on the bed in doggystyle. "I'm ready to sync up with you when you are." he said confidently over his shoulder to Seal. It was easy as he already knew it would be a success. Henry was emitting his Black Pulse when Seal took him firmly by the hips. "Now that it is the third session, I will raise my pulse to 75 to see if a stronger connection can be made and maintained." "Sounds good to me." Henry said with a nod as he looked forward. He wanted to be ready to meet Seal. The android did get his pulse to 75 and made the connection. Henry grunted from the added weight from Seal's pulse. Brett was not able to get a White Pulse this high. The mechanical hum in his head was louder than last time. He felt the energy flow through body even more. It felt very heavy to him.
However, there was a big breakthrough. Because Henry felt so enveloped and covered by Seal's White Pulse, he was able to relax and trust the android more. With this, he was able to break through the bottleneck. His own pulse increased by 6. That rose his Black Pulse to 54. That was enough for his piloting suit to melt away for the first time during a synchronization attempt. "I can see you are improving." Seal said. The volume of the hum in his head decreased a little bit. As he increased his own pulse, he was better able to handle the pulse coming from Seal. That was a good thing. When the time elapsed, Henry had succeeded twice and failed once. Since this was only Day 1, it really seemed like they were going in a good direction. When Henry got off of his platform, he walked over to where Seal was. He was still in position. That was weird, but Henry was way too pleased to fuss over it. "Great job, Seal. That was the end of Day 1. I think we make a good team." he said. Seal nodded his head. "I feel similarly." he said. Henry then said "It's time to go, Seal. We have other things to do today."
They spent the rest of the day doing chores around the base. Henry did not get to do them the day before because he was busy giving Seal the tour of the base. He and the commanding officer had been checking what he could do as well. It took time and Henry had to catch up. At the end of the day, Henry had Seal accompany him to the mess hall. After Henry was done eating, he brought the android to his garage. "Thank you for your good work today. We need you to prepare your Bottom Protocol for tomorrow." he informed Seal. Seal nodded and said "Understand. I will charge and stand by until I am needed. Good night, Henry." Henry waved goodbye to him and left. He had to get to the barracks. Henry was able to sleep tonight. That was because Henry was so tired after every thing that had transpired that day. He woke up and the process happened again. First, he had to take a placid Seal with him. After that was his shower. Then, he did light exercises. Next was his breakfast. After that meal, meditation class. It was to go into the test focused and relaxed. Seal followed him once again.
