When it was time to get in the cockpit, the blond android said "Let's do this, Henry." Henry nodded his head. This was what he wanted. Henry was not a fool though. If it things went south, he would have to look out for his own safety. They got to the room the visor generated for him. Seal was cool calm and collected. This was just a simulation for him. He was also an android. It was Henry's mind that was conjuring up all of the negative and nervous energy. That was why it was late at night in the room and everything looked as if it was all barricaded off from the outside. The only light came from a pair of lamps. It was more of a study than a bedroom. There were bookshelves lining the wall. Henry was standing there with his hands behind his back. Seal just looked at him. He was just looking back at the cyborg. "Looking at me isn't going to do anything. I think we should get started now. Assume the position on the bed and start emitting your White Pulse already." Henry said. Henry got on the bed doggystyle. "It is my protocol to start with a pulse at 51 to see if a connection can be made."
Due to the protocol, Henry could not make a connection. His Black Pulse was simply not high enough for a real connection. When time elapsed, they were pulled out of the augmented reality. They were to have a 5 minute break between session to tamp down on the pilot's fatigue. It was obviously more effective for the human than the android. When the time for break was over, they went back to their platforms. They were back in the same room, but it had gotten a bit darker. "I will now raise my pulse to 63 to see if a connection can be made." Seal informed Henry. The blond human nodded his head as he got into position on the bed. "He tried his best to get this to work." We still could not make it passed 48. However, 48 and 63 made 111. That averaged out to 56. That was cutting it close, but a connection had been formed between the android and them. Seal entered Henry's mind. A tingling sensation ran all the way up his spine. He could feel the positive energy from the White Pulse filling up his body from his ass. They stayed connected until the session was over. Henry felt nothing.
All that Henry could hear was a long mechanic hum in his head. It was unlike anything he had felt with Brett or the other boy. He looked over at Seal. "Seal!?" Henry tried to get his partner's attention. There was something that he wanted to know. It did not look necessary as Seal was already looking at him. "Yes Henry?" he responded to him. "Do you feel... good!? I can't hear anything from you yet." the human asked. Seal smiled and said "As a Synchronization Expertise Technician Liason, I am pleased by fulfilling my purpose. I am programmed to have a positive feedback effect. As for your synchronization experience, I cannot do anything about that. I am not a real human being. Especially at such a low synchronization rate, there is not much that I can impart on you here." Henry explained. That was a bit sad. He loved hearing all of the stories from his father and his legendary Top partner, Shannon Gregory. The tales of combat were exciting, but there was also an emotional aspect of forming such a deep bond with another person. Henry thought that he would have it with Brett or Seal. But no.
