Ian said "We don't know where they are. They just up and left one day. We have a new doctor and everything." Rachel's next question was obvious "So where are the new doctor and the others? We can turn them in." Ian just frowned at her. "No." he said firmly. "No!?" snapped Rachel in disbelief. "I won't tell you. You can't even make me cum. Why would I turn on my creators and caretakers for you?" he said. Kenny looked at Blaze, Wendelin, Orion and Geralt. "Do you all feel the same!?" he asked. It was imperative to test their loyalty. They nodded their heads. "We won't ever betray you, Kenny. You can trust us about that." Geralt said. "Please don't make us choose who to be loyal to." Wendelin said. Kenny sighed. "Fine. We can see where all of this is going now. We won't make you choose. Just help us with the tasks at hand." he said bitterly. Kenny hated the situation he had found himself in at the moment. The symbiotes were partly responsible. They were the ones that made his life such a huge mess in the first place. It was not fair, but there was nothing that either sibling could do now.
With how late it was, they decided to go to bed. Blaze and Wendelin were taking the bedroom next to Kenny's. Orion and Geralt were the ones next to Rachel and Ian. It was so he did not have to deal with direct competition with his sister. She was an Alpha and the pressure to outdo her would be too much. He knew that she would have no qualms about competing with him. To nip that in the bud, he made sure that it could not happen. They went to bed and found that he was way more tired than he thought. He had slept in and was not able to make the appointment to see the corpse of the former ambassador. That was a blunder, but he could easily reschedule. This did not mean much in the grand scheme of things. When he gathered the group to go down to the morgue, the mortician shared the autopsy with them. It seemed that he suffered a sudden and severe case of anaphylactic shock. It was weird as the report showed that there was no allergen introduced to his body that he had be known to be allergic too before he had died. In fact, there were no allergens shown in the final report.
The symbiotes got to work looking both the report and body over. They came to the conclusion that they were poisoned to death. Kenny and Rachel fully accepted their opinion to start the investigation. It was then up to them to come up with a culprit to report to the crown. It was only a week later when they received a bouquet of flowers from a man. It was addressed to Rachel. All the symbiotes glared at it. "These flowers are poisoned. Get rid of them." Geralt said seriously. All of the others agreed with him. It was simple enough to place it a floor down. A day later, a staffer had collapsed while working. She was able to be resuscitated. That was good, but proved it to the siblings that a plot was afoot. After some digging, they found that it was delivered by a normal company. With the power of the consul behind Kenny, he was able to get a warrant. With it, they were forced into giving the records over of who it was that ordered the delivery. The man who did was known to be part of several isolationist cells in the nation. This was a targeted assault against the diplomatic ties between their nations.
