For the next month in-game, I went out on the streets and took the law into my own hands as a vigilante. I killed criminals and took all of the loot. I leveled up really quick that way. I was already level 34 by the time we had to go to the next track and field meet against all the other schools. For comparison, Leo and the triplets were level 7 and the seniors were level 9. Robert was level 5 and Micheal was now level 4 due to his gold medal giving him a massive boost. The police all over the island wanted me captured, but I never let a criminal live long enough to give a description. I put all the skill points in Speed, Strength and Endurance. Endurance determined how big your health pool was. I wanted to be able to keep fighting without having to worry about each and every hit. Now that we were here, it was time to dominate the competition. I was really confident. This was the second stage, so there was not going back to the events I skipped or lost. I had the 100 and 200 meter dash and the 2 relays today. To fit the whole thing, we had Friday off from school to go compete. Each event had 12 people.

That meant that we had to run qualifying heats for each of them. That was why we had to add an extra day. We were only going to get through half of the events today. It was Aaron, Lucas and I against the other schools. The runners from the first school had 1 in the first race and 2 in the second. That was to ensure more than 1 of them got through. I rolled my eyes. I was not going to lose to any of these chumps. I got past my qualifying heat with no problems. Aaron got the sixth position and I took the first. We had a 5 minute break before we had to go to the starting line. When we got to the line we got down into position on the blocks. I just needed the starting pistol to start us off. When it did, I left everyone in the dust. I won easily. I was not only putting 66% of my power into it. Aaron got bronze, but he was a wheezing mess. He had wanted to put it all on the line. The next event was the 200 meter dash. I got through my qualifier round. Oliver and Paul were sadly cut. I had to put even less effort here because this was the event most of the better racers skipped. I got my second gold medal.

From there, I could take it easy. Lucas got the bronze medal. He looked pretty winded, but this was his favorite event. 1st place was taken by a guy at First High. A boy from Second High won the silver medal. That was poetic in my opinion. None of us made it to the podium for the hurdle events. Leo took silver in the 800 meter race. He had excellent form and sprinted hard towards the end in the last 100 meters like he had been training to do. He barely slipped by a boy from Second High. That was it for the events of the first day. It was late in the evening. There was no need to risk being caught by the cops. I stayed in my house and quietly waited for the track meet to resume. I was not going to be needed until the end for the relay races. I still needed to be there to cheer the rest of my team on. They cheered me on for my races. I got there just as it was starting. I found my group and waited with them. No one knew endurance like Anthony, he got bronze in the 1500 meter race. I lifted him up. We were finally out of here! Robert pulled out a huge upset and got a silver medal at the 1 mile race.
