Jon was relieved to enter into an empty house after school. He knew his dad wouldn’t be home from work for another hour and a half, his mom was working as well and had to pick up Mikey from day care, and Zoe was off who knows where with Athena. He took advantage of the privacy by going to his bedroom without having to greet anybody.
Jon took off his shirt and jeans and sat on his bed in his underwear. He took a ten minute mental break and then got up and moved to his computer. He decided to do a little bit of research:
The phenomenon was known widely as “sex partner mirroring.” Apparently, males evolved to change their bodies to match their female partners as a way to signal “ownership” of their mate to other males. While these changes to their bodies were often drastic, it didn’t change their lifestyle or social standing whatsoever. “Alpha” males would still be considered leaders in their communities. This hasn’t changed in modern times either. Professional athletes kept their positions and skill despite their female bodies. There were 5 foot tall NBA superstars in this reality.
As Jon knew, the change would only take effect if the sex partners had penetrative sex. The change would also not be immediate. Instead, it would take place after the next time the male had 5 or more hours of continuous sleep. Their heads, voices, and reproductive systems would remain completely unchanged. Almost any physical features, including scars, body hair, tattoos, and piercings (just the piercing holes, not the jewelry), would transfer over to the male. However, the colour of the male’s body would stay the same, as seen with Jon’s classmate Brian.
Society has stayed as similar as possible to Jon’s old reality. Men and women still had the same “traditional” gender roles. And sexism and misogyny was still alive and well in this reality. Clothing stores were changed to accommodate this change. There were now usually three different sections: Virgin men, non-virgin men, and women. However, unisex clothes between non-virgin men and women have become increasingly popular over the past decade.
Generally, women were more attracted to non-virgin men in this reality. This is mostly due to a feminine body signifying sexual experience and maturity. This didn’t mean that virgin men couldn’t find a partner, but the majority of straight women heavily preferred feminine bodies. They generally cared less about breast size and curves than men, though. There are, of course, women who exclusively like virgin male bodies. Kelsey is one of these women. They make up a very small but growing percentage of women and they are gaining exposure in society, identifying with the LGBTQ+ community a lot of the time.
As for the LGBTQ+ community, gay men are almost equally attracted to virgin (or in their case, not really virgin) and changed men. There are different preferences within the community. As for trans women, they still make up a sizeable community. There are still medical transition processes that exist as simply having sex with a woman to change their body’s will not ease gender dysphoria.
Jon learned a lot throughout his research and decided to see what sex in this world really looked like. He opened a porn page and saw a video thumbnail with a tall and well endowed woman on top of a petite man with smaller breasts. He clicked it and began to watch in amazement as the man still seemed to take the lead. His smaller and softer hand slowly made its way down to his penis and just as he was about to get started on an activity he knew all too well, he heard the front door unlock downstairs, a few footsteps, and his mom’s voice calling his name.
