Seven days later, when the effects of Jon's "role switching" wish finally came to an end, Jon finally got his memories back, but found himself in a vastly different situation than he was expecting. After all, everything was supposed to be back to normal, as it was before he made that wish. But inspecting himself and his surroundings, he realized his mistake. While the Jenny persona was in complete control, she had access to the wishing stone, and had obviously used it! And since she probably thought that her reality was the normal one and wouldn't have a time limit on its existence, any wish she made was probably permanent!
