Robin had to piggyback me all the way home. It was nice of him to do that. There was one thing that I had to say though. "I told you, Robin." I said smugly. He stopped in his tracks and looked at me. "Excuse me? What did you say to me, Brianne?" he asked me. I just said "They never see it coming. Tyler sure didn't." Robin's eyes then widened, and he scoffed. "You did say that. I won't doubt your judgement again." he said. I chuckled. "Make sure you tell the others what happened. We don't want other scrappers or reprogrammers trying to seduce you guys away and ambushing you." I added. He nodded his head. When we got to the cab depot, Paul and Brett were there. Brett was able to heal me right up. They did not have the totally cracked powers of Devils on these accounts. They did set themselves to level 55 on them and gave themselves all types of magic. That was still a pretty strong build here. Brett asked why he had changed outfits. I said "Robin saved me out there today. I gave him the permission to choose his own outfit as a reward." Robin did not pay them much mind.

For Robin, they were just new human recruits to the clan. He went to find the other AEP units so he could tell them and show off. Now we had to lay low again until time ran out. He certainly looked pleased with himself. Once I was able to, I gave Paul and Brett the full rundown of what happened. Because of this and the Sages getting suspicious, we bunkered down. We all went about a very simple routine of working the businesses. It was fulfilling on its own. I got to drive some of the cabs and act as a bouncer for the club. Paul Brett and I were shitty drivers. Cops had to pull us over multiple times. We always were able to bribe them though. Enough time had elapsed where it would be easier to get to the late game without taking all the required hubs. Because Radioactive Clan was not coming with us, we were not going to be joining the Conquerors. On the flipside, as PBJ Clan had invested so much tech and money into the Researchers and Advocates, there was nothing that the Conquerors could do to grab any more territory. In fact, their hub were rife with government attention now.

It was up to us to decide now. There was another town nearby called Micropolis. It was modeled off of the mega cities, but a 1/10th the scale. I told them that I would get a shell clan off of the ground. That was the first step to getting in a confederation. Brett came with me. He would have to give them a new clan building. Paul said "We have PEA units not doing anything. All they do is wait around in the lab and train for nothing. I'll just get some of them together. They can be a gas station on the road going to Volta City or something. Maybe we can get another going the opposite way too." That sounded like a plan. We left right away. We made our way to the town and easily found a group of PEP units being listless. They were pretty low tier judging from the shabby clothes they were wearing. The first thing we did was give them upgrades, some new clothes and better guns. That made them want to listen to us. Brett gave them a boxing gym in a back alley. Under it was a small clan building with a main hall and trading hub. We called them Clan Fighter. We gave them all good gear.
