Mikey had enjoyed the last five years, Jon had been the perfect little brother to tease and make fun of. He didn't appear to have any idea about the wishing rock that had been his wishing coin. He had dated Karyn for a few months with Tommy, but as time went on he had decided that he wanted to keep the power to himself and Tommy had become Tammy a teenage girl with no memory of the stone. But overtime Mikey had realised he loved Karyn and he had fixed her sex addiction and over sensitive body, she still had a checkered past but he didn't mind.
Karyn was so happy, weeks after her stupid wish she had asked Jon about the coin, but he had no memory of it, she decided he must have wished it that way and was just happy at least she had a memory of her old life and her happy family. Things continued improving after that week, she had a casual relationship with Mike and a lesbian fling with his friend Tammy as well as a continued active sex life, but one day she returned to normal, her nipples stopped aching to to fondled as did the rest of her. Then three years ago Mike had asked her to Marry him. She was so happy, Then less then a year later she was pregnant with twins. Now she was happy living in a huge mansion with her husband and their two beautiful ginger sons Tom and David. Mike had got the best grades and now had a top job as a top brain surgeon when needed for really complex operations and a rocket scientist the rest of the week. He had already designed a craft to get people to Mars and the first colonisation mission would be launching towards the end of the year. She couldn't believe her luck, to have met the worlds most gifted and attractive man.
Jon was finally out of bed, Mike knew he would be ok as he had wished that Jon would quickly recover as soon as he had heard Jon was sick, thankfully he had wished a helicopter ready to fly him back into range of the stone. It had been really tough dealing with the limited range of the stone and had found himself commuting to where he was needed. But he had the reputation of a miracle worker to maintain. Jon looked at Karyn and smiled sadly watching her bounce her babies on each knee as they giggled happily. Karyn smiled at him "Hey Jonny looking much better, it was quite a shock hearing you had failed at school." She said.
"Yeah squirt, I had to fly back home just to check on my little brother." Mike said as he tussled Jons hair. Mike was huge, he must have been six foot five and all muscles, he looked like a superhero with his perfect hair and facial features. Jon could tell it was his brother but only just.
Jon sat down opposite Karyn, he looked like he had a lot to take in. Mike excused himself next door, "I wish I knew what was wrong with Jon he said."
