As the day passed, Drew continued to partake of the experiences of the home. Binge watching TV, talking a walk outside, then getting cleaned up in time to partake in the dinner she'd selected, which An-One served to her. The two didn't speak much, as he was trying to figure out how to resolve the error and she was enjoying life. As she sat, eating the meal, she had what she thought of now as her phone out, she saw something that made her giggle for the first time. The giggle turned into full blown laughter for no reason..it just felt so good...
An-One heard the noise and continued to be convinced that it was wrong. However, it was not until after his tasks were completed, and he was free to take on new ones that he started his plan to resolve the issue. The unit identifying as Drew was clearly malfunctioning, and needed to be repaired. He waited patiently, not returning to recharge, until she deactivated herself. He then took her from her bed and carried her to the charging station, placed her inside, and then climbed into the adjoining station.
The two stations activated.
