Having two weapons was nice. I felt a warmth as Ace and Deuce were both by my side. I could hear them in my head and see them in my mind's eye. Shank smirked as he drew his dagger. "Ganging up on me now. You all got beat like puppies last time you did that. You guys can get a taste too." The only one that was not going to fight was Krit. He looked like he was far above it all. I bet he was just waiting for us to weaken Shank a bit before his own challenge. We charged at each other. I was not going to be pushed around by any NPC. That meant that I could not accept anything other than a win here. Knat was knocked out pretty soon into the conflict. He was just no match for the feral blade. Krit dragged him to safety and made sure that he was safe. That was great as I did not have to be careful about him. For his sake, I was going to try to end this as soon as I could. That was easier said than done as he was a tough opponent. Using my friends, I was able to push him back while also unleashing the hardest punches and kicks I could. He was unafraid to take the fight to me.
I was tired by the time we finally beat him. Shank was a heavy hitter and very flexible. You could not pin him down easily. When he fell to his knees, he snarled at us. The dissapointment and hatred was clear in his eyes. "You only won by ganging up on me. I hope this hollow victory is enough for you. It's all you'll get." he promised. Ace and Deuce were done being my weapons and appeared in front of me. They were happy to finally have a win over Shank. I went to him and offered him a hand to stand up. He just looked at it before getting up on his own power. "What do you want? A winner takes what they want." he said. I shrugged and said "I'd like to wield you for a bit. Is that okay?" I asked. He balked and took a step back. "Are you out of your mind? Fine. I'll bite." he said after seeing I was serious. He became the black dagger and allowed me to pick him up. I gave a few practice strikes with it to get a feel for it. "C'mon! If you're going to wield me, you better do it right." he admonished me. I spent and hour in-game slashing before he was pleased enough to let go. He was playing aloof.
