Even though he was being forced into this, he became a ball of light with a pained groan. It soon became another boomerang. Unlike Krit's blue and black boomerang, it was pretty cool. Knat's was a bright orange and white. As he was placed in Krit's hands, he threw the new boomerang at me. I got ready to bat it out the way. Once I was done, I could charge him and beat the shit out of him. It did not go that way. When I made contact with the new boomerang, I was not able to knock it away. Knat was in the boomerang, and he was putting his whole weight into that throw. It actually forced me to take a couple of steps back. When I had finally weathered the storm, Knat flew back to Krit's hand. "See how strong we are when we team up? You are in trouble now!" he yelled at the top of his lungs as he charged again. They really were a big and tough team. Unfortunately for them, Knat was not a team player and did not want to engage me from long range. He continued the same strategy that gave him the loss the first time. It gave them the loss this time as well. They both fell on the dull ground.

Funny as it was, I decided to help. Knat was strewn across an unconscious Krit upside down with his ass in the air. Knat seemed to be stunned. Ace and Deuce were all happy and vindicated. Both of them were cheering for me loudly. I did not allow myself to fall back to them and be petty. I crouched down and helped Knat to his feet. He was a bit unsteady on his feet, but he got his bearings soon enough. He looked at me with confusion and a bit of suspicion. "You are really strong. I'd not want to fight you 1 on 1." I said. He sniffed and said "You're strong too. Normally people fall down when we throw each other at them." I nodded and said "Can we stop fighting and play together now? I think you guys are pretty cool." Knat looked down at a recovering Krit. While Krit was normally the boss, he got his ass handed to him twice. Knat looked back at me and said "Yeah. We can play with you." Krit got back up a minute later and we began to play together. It seemed free running was all they liked to do for fun around here. Eventually, we got to the end of the village. I saw a portal floating in the air.
It was pretty and it drew my eye. I ended up looking at it. Moving towards it drew the attention of the others. They then began to crowd around me. I asked them where they thought it would go. I looked in the encyclopedia about it earlier and it the Spirit Realm was hope to a near infinite amount of portals. They led to many places on all the other worlds of the game. The portal in front of me could take us somewhere totally new. Knat tilted his head and said "Nowhere special. Just a dumb human world on the other side." The others looking at it agreed with him. It seemed that all the NPC spirits could tell where each of them went. "Do you guys want to explore what's on the other side with me?" I offered. They looked at me like I was crazy. "No way! Everyone knows that portals go one way. Who knows where the other one to get back is over there. We'd be stuck there!" Ace shouted. It looked like it was a bust. I would have to find another party to exploring with. That was such a shame. These guys were growing on me. I sighed and was going to drop it. That was when we heard a big shout.
