I have a tendency to really dissect a wish. People rarely realize how hard it is to get wishing right and how it often goes horribly wrong for that reason. I love looking for the loopholes.
With Roxanne taking Sarah's place...she could take Sarah's place, but not stay there...because people do change and have epiphanies. Same with Biff. She could be dating him, and break up with him because he's a bastard.
Re Sarah, I'd actually considered that 20s Sarah isn't quite living the life she expected once she digs into it. She wished to be older, but hasn't yet wished for much else. I was considering what might happen if she has a life she isn't satisfied with.
The only one that I did so far was that she quickly figured out how to walk with her current form, but not necessarily that she is walking in an overly feminine manner, just one that isn't awkward with her shape.
