I'm glad you enjoyed the addition TeeracK and thanks for adding to it The*Guest!
I intentionally left the wish vague so that we can leave Jon more anxious and in the unknown about the fate that awaits him. Would she date Biff? I don't know, depends on what do you mean by 'essentially like Sarah' (I like the discussion of that in The*Guest's addition). Personally, I don't think I intended Roxanne to completely take Sarah's place in the school's social scene. They don't have to share the exact same friends but given that she'd be 'like Sarah' (i.e. a cheerleader / member of the popular crowd / maybe known for being spoiled and bitchy) she'd probably end up hanging out around those people. She's her own person in the end, just with the same upbringing as Sarah (and maybe even looking up to her older sister?)
One thing I really wanted to be a part of this story though is Jon's struggle to adapt to his new life. And so there's one point I want to make (it might or might not be valid, take them as you please but I think I'll want to follow them). Sarah wishes for Jon to "I wish you kept your own mind and only occasionally got flashes of Roxanne's memories, only if absolutely necessary to keeping pretending you've been her all along." And so, for example not knowing about a cheer practice would be fine (everyone forgets to go to things stuff sometimes) but if someone asked her what's her boyfriend's name (if she has one) it would be concerning to everyone, thus making her fail at pretending all is OK. Similarly, when she is in her room there is no reason why she should immediately know how to move or how to put on a bra. Let Jon struggle with that. But, say, he couldn't find Roxanne's shoes and her friends were picking her up RIGHT NOW, that information should pop up to Jon's head to avoid unexplainable situations. In short, let's make it doable for him, but really hard.
And what I would really like to avoid is putting Jon on full-on autopilot. I'm not at all opposed to Roxanne's body taking control at some point for a bit (we could even make Sarah wish for that to happen at some point) but autopilot removes so much possibility for character development. With it we can't hope for Jon even being able to try to get back into a reasonable position or reclaiming the stone. What I prefer is Jon's 'not-Jon-like' behaviors to come from some much deeper part of his brain, which now would work "essentially like" Sarah's (i.e. getting a strong urge to drink alcohol while at a party, or finding it easy to snap at people / judge them - and then maybe feeling bad about the lack of control he has etc.) But all that is just me.
I appreciate the additions a lot, but because of above reasons I will branch off (tonight or tomorrow) just before Jon's wakes up, just to keep it consistent with what I've fantasied about in the past few days. It'd be awesome if we could collaborate in that direction but I'd also be excited to see where you take it if that doesn't work with you.
