“Yukio Meishida” he called. The young Japanese girl stepped timidly forward, keeping her eyes to floor. By now it was just her and Ms Warren left waiting as the others had already been called (not everyone was as helpful as Jon).
“It’s ok” ms Warren said patting her lightly on the back, “I’ll be out here until everyone’s been seen” Yuki nodded and followed dr Michaels.
“Please take a seat” Ruby smiled as she entered their little room.. she climbed up onto the chair of the machine. The doctors ask her name, birthday and address, which she answered shyly.
“Very good” dr Michaels said happily, “now Yukio, please tell us what happened this morning” he added producing his clipboard. Yuki swallowed hard, and stared at her feet. She felt Ruby’s hand on her shoulder.
“It’s ok to be nervous, just take your time” she said sweetly. Yuki nodded and took a deep breath.
“I went to bed as normal, and this morning I woke up in my uncles bed with his…” she trailed off.
“That ok, and do you live with your uncle?” Ruby asked.
“I do, when my father died, my mother and I moved here to live with her brother and his American girlfriend.” Yuki replied softly as dr Michaels made some more notes.
“And what about the rest of your family in the house, did anything happen to them?” Ruby asked. Yuki nodded slowly,
“My mother was in bed with me, and she had Emily’s…vagina” the last word was whispered, “uncle Toshi was in my mothers bed, and Emily was in mine”
“And did they….?” Ruby began
“Yes” Yuki replied quietly.
“Very interesting” Dr Michaels muttered, “and now, if you’re ok with this. Might we take a look at your situation?”
