That sucked to hear. Not being a Blessed human was probably all it took to garner his younger brother's scorn. When the pickup truck came, it was off white and hunter green. There was lots of rust showing under the fading paint job. I guessed it was an old truck that could use a new coat of paint. Sam sighed again. The young man got out and hugged Sam. "It's been a long time, my cousin!" He had scruff along his face. Sam just winced as he was squeezed. He was not hurt at all. He was a Blessed human. Sam just felt that it was a moral injury as his elder brother was embarrassing him in front of his friends. "Can you help us or not, Irwin!?" he said. Irwin let him go with a smile and looked at me. His eyes widened in recognition and then narrowed. He said "Hmm. I don't know. Something about it just screams 'Bait car' to me. Quite astute of him. He knew what I was right away. He would have to know about me with all that had been going on in the villain scene. Sam gave him a disdainful look. It seemed that Irwin either did not notice it or did not care about it. He was pretty resilient.

Both of them looked similar as lean pale skinned young men. It was clear Irwin was a few years older. Both were blond with blue eyes and thin eyes. Billy and Jeff were disappointed that they would not be able to fix and drive their own car. "Ah man! Really!?" one of them said. The other pointed at me. "Who would be trying to get someone to steal that hunk of junk!? It's right there." he pleaded. Irwin crossed his arms. "No can do. I'm telling you for your own good: do not mess with that car unless you want to end up like me." he said. Sam scoffed and said "Well, this didn't lead anywhere. See you later, Irwin." It was clear he wanted his cousin to leave. Irwin looked down at the pavement. "I don't have to go so soon. I can give you guys a ride home. Do you want some fast food? It's been years since we were together. We used to hang out all of the time." he offered. Really not interested, Sam declined. "No thanks." Sam said firmly. It was pretty awkward from the way Billy and Jeff looked on. That was when the deadly assassins screeched to a halt in front of us in their very fast car.

Iriwn quickly got in front of the younger guys and in a low voice said "Stay behind me guys." He then pointed at the new arrivals. "If you want the car, it's all yours. I knew this wasn't that simple." Jack said with a tough, cold look on his face. His doubt and excitement for familial ties were long gone from his face. He looked like a villain. That was pretty cool of him. He was doing what he could to defend his brother and his friends. Billy, Jeff and Sam all looked from them at me in shock. "Calm down. We're not after small fry like you guys." the one in the passenger seat said. "Can we take the car then?" Billy asked. The driver said "Go ahead. We have what we need already." I was not looking forward to a rematch with them anytime soon. I was being let go for some reason. I had no clue why though. Irwin sucked his teeth as he glared at Billy. I saw that Billy paid him no mind. Sam already told him to disregard anything that he had to say. "I already said-" Irwin started before swallowing his words. It was clear that he was against this. Looking at the armed assassins, he just let out a deep breath.
