"Are you done yet?" The woman asked her friend who was still jogging on the neighboring treadmill. Being within earshot, Jon decided to eavesdrop on their conversation.

"What can't keep up with your mother?" The woman on the treadmill joked.

"Wait what?!?!" Jon couldn't believe that the woman on the treadmill was the other woman's mother. "She looks like she's 50 tops. There's no way she's the other woman's mother."

"Mom, not all of us have spent our lives trying to live as healthy as possible."_ The woman rolled her eyes at her mother who had no intention of stopping.

"O come on." The mother motioned for her daughter to hop back on the treadmill. "If you put in the work now, you'll be thanking yourself when you're my age! Come on, you don't want to tell people that your 68 year old mother can kick your butt in the gym do you?"

"She's 68!?!?!" Jon was absolutely floored by how good the woman looked for her age. "Fuck I wish I had her dedication to healthy living." Jon thought as he continued to pedal and eavesdrop.

"Mom everyone knows you're in better shape than me. You're just a fitness junkie." The daughter quickly wiped off the treadmill she had been using, and walked off towards the water fountains. The mother just shrugged and continued to jog.

"That's absolutely insane that she's 68." Jon's opinion of the mother had done a complete 180. "Sure she's skinny, but to look like that at 68? That's crazy! I take that back what I thought earlier. You're smoking hot for your age!" Jon shook his head and focused back on the display panel of the bike he was riding. "She's over there killing it, and I'm a 19 year old couch potato..." Jon began to lament the sedentary life style he had adopted after going through puberty. "There's no reason why I can't go for a walk every now and then... I really shouldn't just sit around and play videos games all the time..." Jon thought as he continued to pedal. "Seriously, I bet I would feel so much better if I would just take care of my body..." Too focused on his thoughts Jon didn't notice the speed reading was slowly increasing. "If I would just stop drinking to excess I bet I wouldn't have this stupid belly, and if I kept up my yoga routine I'm sure I would... Wait? Yoga?" Jon's eyes shot down to the 16 mph reading on the display and then over to the mirrored wall.

"Hell yes!" Jon wanted to hop of the bike and start dancing at the sight of his flat belly and skinny body. "I must have gotten the mother's fitness routine... or love of fitness... or whatever it doesn't matter... O my god this is great!" Jon grinned at the sight of his lean legs pedaling away. "I feel like I have so much more energy now..." Jon glanced over at the mother and then back down at bike display panel. "Look at me go!" Jon grinned as the speed reading ticked up to 17mph.

As Jon sat there blissfully pedaling away he began to investigate his new memories. "So I really do yoga now..." Jon could remember taking up yoga when his breasts sprouted and normal sports became too awkward for teen Jon. "And I eat a lot healthier now..." Memories of devouring bags of chips had been replaced by memories of devouring plates of veggies. "It's all about moderation..." Jon still loved alcohol, but rarely did he drink to excess. "Holy cow so much has changed..." Jon glanced over at the mirror. "I don't even have bags underneath my eyes anymore... Because I always get good night's sleep."

Turning his attention back to the mother Jon really did feel the urge to go thank her. Whatever trait he had actually taken from her, had resulted in a slew of small changes to Jon's life that had left him much healthier. "Thank you so fucking much." Jon smirked and looked down at his body. "This tank top looks so much better on me now that my belly isn't poking out and my love handles are gone. Hell even my breasts look smaller." Jon could see that his recent weight loss had made his breasts a bit more manageable. "Okay, so what's next?" Jon thought as he slowed his pace to preserve his energy.
