"NO...I just...need to think."

"We don't have time to think!" Biff ran toward the mysterious men in blue. They ignored him as they carried the Meshida family into the McMillan mansion.

Jon was moved by how Biff was willing to fight for strangers. Biff had been always been a jerk, but he was acting almost heroic. Now Jon felt like a jerk for standing by while the Meshidas were going to end up like Sarah and Zoe.

Maybe Biff wasn't as dumb as he seemed. He might not have gotten the best grades, but in a crisis like this, he was doing pretty well. Maybe Biff wasn't book-smart, but had more going for him then Jon gave him credit for. Or maybe not...as the men just pushed him aside like he was nothing and continued on with their business.

Biff looked a bit defeated. "If we can't stop them," said Biff, "maybe we can do something to their truck." Biff started walking toward the truck. "Or at least we might be able to find stuff in it. Like where my brother is."

Jon followed the tall athlete. "Like a list..."

"Yeah, maybe." Biff walked up a ramp leading to the open rear end of the truck.

The truck just was piled full of boxes, furniture, and more. Each item had a barcode on it, but without knowing what they meant, nothing helped. Biff opened one of the boxes. "Clothes, books...it's just stuff..."

Jon thought about it. "So, the blue guys..." he paused. It really wasn't an accurate name. Aside from the blue outfits, they looked average and nondescript...and acted like robots. "the blue guys take Zoe out of my house, and put Sarah in...and they bring a bunch of stuff along. Like photoshopped pictures of Sarah in my family so she thinks she's always been there...Zoe was a Goth, so they packed up all her Goth stuff. Then they took Zoe away and I guess did some brainwashing, so when she wakes up, she'll think she's someone else...and they put in all the evidence. We can't read the barcodes, so we don't know what the boxes say...but they must have something that does read it...we need a phone, or a computer, or...Wait...we know where Sarah is...what happened to her parents?"

Biff looked at him. "So, that's 6 people who have been brought back...at least 2 more missing..."

The workmen kept taking boxes out, basically ignoring them. Jon started to leave the truck. "There's nothing here," he said.

"We didn't search every box."

"It's just more supplies for the house...props for whatever they are doing." Jon sighed. "This is pointless..we have nothing."

One of the workmen headed toward the sign on the mailbox, adding the name Meshida to it, weathering it so it did not look new.

"We need to find other people who didn't just sleep through this," Jon suggested. "We're outnumbered."

"Like who?"

"I don't think we get to choose...I mean, I tried waking up my mom...but she wouldn't budge. I think neither of us are supposed to be awake...so they must have made other mistakes. And...I didn't try to convince Sarah she wasn't my sister...to see if I could reach the old Sarah. And maybe you can reach Zoe."

"So, we put together a team..." Biff liked that. He was good at leading a team.
