Lacking a better idea, they agreed to check out the McMillan house.
"So, this is my girlfriend's house....is she rich or something?"
"Her parents are the McMillan's...you know...her Dad owns McMillan Enterprises..."
"Never heard of it," he said.
Jon frowned....everyone knew the McMillans...they were one of the richer families in town.
That was why Jon knew where Sarah lived, there weren't that many luxury houses in town. However, when they arrived, the door to the house was open..but instead of a van, it was a larger truck and several more workmen. They were unloading multiple prone forms.
He spotted the Japanese student from his class...Yukio, or Yuki, or something like that....Meshida. It was hard to tell with her shyness and accent. He hadn't seen her in class earlier in the day, but he had been focused on Zoe and Sarah...so he hadn't noticed she was even missing. He knew she had a brother who was Mikey's age. As they carried her inside, another worker removed what looked like her younger brother...then her parents. Had they transplanted an entire family this time?
"Who's that?" Biff said.
"Another one of our classmates...and her family. I guess this is their house now."
