They headed back inside together. The workmen seemed to be bringing more boxes, but they'd already set up the unconscious form on the bed....it was Zoe.
They dressed Zoe in a nightgown and tucked her in under the covers before continuing with the room. Soccer uniform in the closet, along with some dresses, jeans...
"I bet...when your parents wake up in the morning...if it's like yesterday...they won't remember your brother...and they'll remember her. That was my sister...but I bet she doesn't remember me either."
"Well, wake her up..." Biff said, moving to shake her. She didn't budge.
"She's probably drugged or something," he said. "But...we can't do anything here..."
"We aren't doing anything anywhere, Madison. You couldn't stop them from taking your sister, or my brother...we need a game plan...I wish coach was here."
Jon thought of the football team's coach, also the gym teacher. He didn't wish he was here. "Tomorrow, if they keep this up, Wesley will be somewhere else..."
Biff looked at him. "So, this is your sister, who they are making into my sister. Yesterday, my girlfriend...who I don't remember, became your new sister." He seemed to be thinking. Biff wasn't the smartest teen, but he wasn't stupid either. "So...if everyone gets replaced, who replaced my girlfriend..."
Jon thought about it. "You think we should go find out?"
"No...I want to beat the crap out of these guys...but they're like robots or something."
"Someone has to be in charge somewhere."
Lacking a better idea, they agreed to check out the McMillan house.
