He looked over at the pianist Rachel, who was sitting behind the keyboard. Then she began to play.
Biff found himself moved by the music, gently swaying as he started the number, his voice growing more measured and powerful as he did.
He got through the entire number without a mistake and it was great. He felt a feeling better than he ever had winning a football game.
"Ladies and gentleman!" Alexa announced, Marty leaning on her arm. It was a bit of a weird sight to Biff. Seeing Marty who was taller than Alexa hang on to her but Biff dismissed as them being in character. "Biff Meadows and Mr Rachel Davis! Can I have a round of applause for them?" The crowd applauded.
Rachel changed the music in front of the piano while Biff delicately picked up the microphone again.
"Here I go." Biff thought to himself as he waited for his cue as Rachel began playing. The first song was a warmup...this was a full fledged number.
