Basically starved for information, I had to look myself up. My ethnicity was Ganes. They had fair skin, purple hair and gray eyes. That made sense. Jetras was a mid-sized continent that was in a moderate climate. It experienced all 4 seasons and they were not too severe. Jetras was connected to Jekrios at a near perpendicular angle to the northwest. To the southeast, Croran was attached at a 50-degree angle. The particular country I was on was called Azalli.

NAME- David Greyson
GENDER- Male
Secondary GENDER- Beta
RACE- Human
ETHNICITY- Ganes
PROFILE- High School student
START- Jetras

While the 7 ethnic groups could be found everywhere on the map, Azalli had 3 main groups. The Blaqis, Nudria and Osis made up 33% 25% and 23% of the population respectively. Ganes were only 11%. The Blaqis had white hair and white eyes with pale skin. Nudria had black hair, black eyes with chocolate skin. Osis had sandy tan skin with blond hair and golden-brown eyes. Dukesh had red hair and red eyes with a rosy complexion. Gikrith had an ebony skin tone with green hair and eyes. Asela had blue hair and eyes with an olive skin tone. I was a minority. Unless I was really good at something I would be a lower-class citizen here.

Omegaverse settings were something I knew well. There were 3 secondary genders: alpha, beta, and omega. Betas were the normal, run of the mill humans. I was one of them. That was actually pretty good. They could be influenced slightly by the pheromones of the other genders, but that was about it. Alphas were said to be generally bigger, stronger smarter and faster than the average human. Obviously, the mileage varies a bit from person to person. I would not be surprised if they got special buffs to certain skills and attributes in the game. Omegas were extremely fertile. Even males had a womb and could get pregnant. Alpha females, in contrast, could actually go and impregnate others. The omegas were often considered little more than breeding stock. When they went into heat, it made them very vulnerable. They were unable to control the pheromones leaking out of them that made it appealing to pursue and attempt to breed them. This led to rampant discrimination and violence against them. It was bad. An alpha could form a pair-bond with an omega by biting the nape of their neck during sex.

Luckily for them, most omegaverse worlds had ways to medically suppress the heat. Whether through pills or injection, omegas could live normal lives and rise above all the stereotypes. The discrimination and violence against them was still an ever present danger. For safety, they usually walked in public with thick metallic or leather collars that covered their necks. Since the pair could be formed against their will, it only made sense. Reading closer, I saw this world had the rare "sigma" gender. There were so dominant that they could make even alphas and betas experience heat like symptoms. That might be a problem, but I'd have to cross that bridge when I came to it. As well as having the secondary gender, there were levels to it. One was born at a certain amount. It could go higher up on the scale with training, but never down. An alpha or omega wanting to train would have to focus on using and producing the pheromones to their advantage. I would be fine since I was a beta. That would not really apply to this character. There was a handy chart to help explain what the levels were like.

Secondary Gender Levels
1-19: Negligible effects of daily life
20-39: Easily Suppressible urges
40-49: Cravings to conform to role
50-59: Irritation/ Moodiness for suppressing
60-69: Severe hormonal consequences to suppressing role
70-85: Overpower betas and opposite gender
86-100: Overpower same gender
*net 100= perfect matches
*net 100+= overbearing match

Perfect matches were when the levels of each partner in a pairing added to 100. It was rare, but those that did and made physical contact could tell. If it went over 100, it meant that the match was overbearing. The one with the higher level would become dominant in the relationship proportional to the actual difference between them. The whole thing seemed to be a big pain if you were an omega. It was probably really great if you were an alpha or a sigma. Depending on the country we could be treated differently depending on the nation. In some factions, they were treated as the elite of society. Others were made eternal wards of the state, slaves that only lived to further the ambitions of the nation. In some, there was discrimination against either omegas or alphas. There could be a combination of two or all three situations. In the kingdom of Azalli, the king came from a long line of alphas. Good for them. Needless to say, they were favored. On the other hand, Omegas were definitely looked down on. They were not attacked or denied employment, but there was overarching culture that seen them as the lesser gender.
