"So, you are saying that you woke up as a girl," Jay said.
"Well, what does it look like to you?"
"Did you check?" Jay asked.
"Check what?"
"Your body," he said, matter of factly. "To make sure everything is where it's supposed to be."
"No," Leonard said. "I was too busy panicking. I..look at me."
"I am," Jay said. "Our first problem is getting you something to wear that fits you."
"How about getting me my body back?"
Jay looked at him. "How can we investigate this if you don't go out in public? We need to find out what size you are....we need a girl. I don't know anything about female clothing."
"How about Kyla?"
"She isn't a girl..I mean," Jay paused. He didn't think of Kyla as a girl. She was like one of the guys.
"Well, who do you trust to go and buy some clothes and bring it here? Over my dead body am I wearing a skirt."
"Leonard, you have to think about this scientifically. You have an opportunity to explore a new frontier...that no man has ever explored before."
Leonard screamed silently again in his mind. Jay was a great guy to discuss sci-fi with, or play an online game, but when he got into science mode, he was oblivious sometimes.
