As the night and party went on, they were all having a good time and getting drunk. Elijah was a bit buzzed, but wanted to keep things under control. After his second or third beer, he began to drink water. He was the team mom of the frat. Being a nurse helped with that. He also liked doing his best to take care of his fellow brothers. Their proclivity towards partying and sports allowed for a plethora of opportunities. Tending to their various scrapes and bruises was good practice in first aid and maintaining a near stoic attitude with his bedside manners. One of the cheerleaders approached him and started to rub on his chest. She was a bit unsteady on her feet as she smiled at him. He had causal dalliances with certain people on campus. Elijah had 2 firm rules. One was no sex until the 4th date. The 2nd rule was no dating unless they were actually friends for a full month first. He hated when people treated him like a himbo. Chatting about it was fun as he was able to show that he was more than a pretty face. Others around them listened in as he talked and asked questions as they arose. If it was important, he engaged them. If not, he just ignored them and continued his current point. The ones that were not interested in hearing him moved around the frat house to the other end. Mike, his Red Key frat brother, came over and it was clear he was drunk. "Hey Eli! Congrats on the nurse test, bro!" he said. Elijah smiled wide at him and they fist-bumped. He said "I'm looking for a partner to make a beer run. Wanna come?" That made Elijah frown. "No way! You are blasted. Someone else can go to the store. Where's Ian and Dusty?" Ian and Dustin were fellow members of the fraternity. Mike shrugged it off and said "Hell no! I'm good to go now. Ian and Dusty are off hanging out somewhere." Alex, another brother that was listening to Elijah, looked at him and said "Elijah was telling us about his test. Wanna listen?" Mike blinked and sat down. They had adverted a crisis. Elijah continued and did his best to entertain.
