Being outnumbered, he was at a disadvantage. The delinquents looked very confident. I was not sure if Eiji had what it took. Eiji stood up and sighed. "You are light work to me." he said as he used a jerk of his foot to launch the wooden staff at his side to his hand. Now that he had a weapon, it was not a foregone conclusion that he would lose. The delinquents charged him, but Eiji was way too good. He had to have been trained. It took only a couple of minutes for him to leave them all broken at his feet. I watched it happen and turned to leave when Eiji called out to me. I was looking around a corner near the door and flinched. I did not think he had noticed me. "C'mon. Of course I know you're there. You're not even suppressing your chakra." Eiji snapped with a frown. He then walked towards me with the staff. He looked me up and down and closed his eyes. "You got some nice chakra there." he said when he opened his eyes again. "Are you a clan ninja?" he asked. I shook my head. "Good. Me neither. I do not need anyone telling me what to do." Eiji said with a friendly smile. I just nodded.
Clapping his hands together he said "This is great. I'm tired of slapping around these scrubs. Let's fight." I was not ready to get into a fight just yet. "Wait! Where did you learn how to use that staff?" I asked. He twirled the staff in a performative way. "Oh, this? You should see my spear. Old man Genji teaches sōjutsu and bōjutsu and some nice techniques at the Hihari Dojo." he said. "I would like to check it out. Can you take me there?" I asked him. He just smirked and said "Maybe if you beat me. I don't just call anyone my comrade." "Well, I'm unarmed so you have to lose that staff." I told him. He threw it behind him and got into a fighting stance. I was not a fighter in real life, so it was probably not going to be a good time for me. I raised my fists and started swinging. The impact from attacks were purposely blunted. It was still very painful if hit repeatedly. Eiji was obviously doing his best to beat me up. I was already level 10 from all the fighting in the forest with Suzie. That meant I was not a total pushover. We were just fist fighting, but he was slowly pulling ahead. I needed to cheat.
I waited to get a good opening. When the opportunity presented itself, I kicked him in the balls as hard as I could. That stunned him with a high pitched squeal and then I pounced on his prone body. I then finished punching him until I heard him give up. I got off of him immediately. "Sorry! I'm a newbie! I will help you to the infirmary." I said as I tried to lift him. I was still pretty strong, so I got him on my back. I hooked his legs under me and started going for the stairs. "What am I going to do if my dick stops working!?" he snapped at me. "That's why we will put some ice on it." I said immediately. He groaned and then let me carry him the rest of the way without talking. When we got there, the nurse was not in. I had to look around for the ice. When I could not find it, he groaned again and pointed it out for me. I put some ice in a compress and tossed it him. Eiji winced and hissed as he applied it to his bruised balls. "Damn this hurts. Fuck!" he said. I sat next to him and we sat there quietly. Eventually, he turned to me and said "You're obviously a bit rough around the edges, but you got what it takes."
During the class period we were cutting, the nurse came back. Eiji immediately flopped back on the bed and groaned loudly. The nurse rushed in and asked me what was wrong. I explained that he was attacked on the roof and got kicked in the balls. I hammed it up to justify me being there with him. She sighed as she looked down at him. "This is why you should be in class Eiji. I'm surprised that they got the jump on you though." she said. "I was dozing off." He replied in a non-committal fashion. She rolled her eyes and said "Move the compress. I'll give you some healing and send you 2 on your way." He flushed pink as he sputtered "Wh-what!? What the hell are you saying!? It's my junk and I'm a healthy shinobi, you know? I can't keep up with that." She snatched the compress away. "Eiji, you are a student in my care. I am not going to assault you." she said. She then put her hand on him and it glowed white. Eiji almost held back a moan. Out of respect, neither of us mentioned that or the fact that he got instantly rock hard. You had to give a man his dignity. The nurse then dismissed us.
